He was not only very helpful and patient but more importantly very knowable as to what I needed Notarized. What I thought could be a very complicated matter was made simple and easy with Kole's assistance. I used to go to the UPS store in Corona Del Mar since it's closer to my house. However, the lady who's normally there is a bit rude, not patient and made most of my visits there unpleasant. On a random day, I drove to this location and it was like night and day. People at the bayside dr. location are so patient, friendly and very efficient. I sent a card to a friend in Austin, TX to have it be mailed in 3 business days. After 10 days, I finally get a text saying it's in a warehouse because they "couldn't access the address." Also it accidentally got delivered to New Jersey before making it to Texas. I paid premium for 2nd day air package on Monday. When I called at the end of 2nd day, they said they will deliver it next day (Thursday). The school didn't receive it until afternoon of the 4th day (Friday). Due to long holiday weekend, my daughter didn't get her needed package until next Tuesday. All they could say was that nothing is guaranteed unless it's overnight delivery!!!! Are you serious? Why charged if you can't deliver? We don't pay high price so you can tell us you're overwhelmed or short staffed. That's not any parent's concern. Get it? I'm going to FedEx. read more

Hello all, I RARELY take the time to write a negative review but this one definitely deserves the time and effort! I walked in to the Newport store to pickup a package I had shipped myself from Houston. The youngster at the counter informed me (in a professional manner) that there would be an additional $5.00 pick up fee, I was a little confused as I shipped UPS to UPS store, no problem and then the older bald gentleman proceeds to tell me that it was a problem as I was not in their system (NOT in a professional manner) I replied that I have shipped to and from this location several times as we have had a boat here for over 6yrs now. He then very assertively told me again that they had to enter me into the system, I was a little confused as to why he would walk from the back of the store to the front AGAIN just to tell me the same thing again....I said ok, well I'm not sure why I'm not in the system as the younger gentleman completed the $5.00 transaction, the old guy then proceeded to tell me I could make other arrangements in the future so at that time I said DONT WORRY, I WILL MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS IN YHE FUTURE!!! Had a great experience with The UPS Store in Newport Beach on 1/12/17. We arrived with about two dozen packages of all shapes and sizes, and Jacob, Sean and others handled our shipment with great care and efficiency. They were very polite and very professional. Some of the packages we dropped off were labeled and ready to simply ship out. Others had no labels...just a business card or an address scribbled on a piece of paper and taped to the top of the box. Some of the boxes did not have any packaging at all and were very fragile. I feel like I backed-up my SUV to their front door and said, "Just take care of all of this." And they did! And it all was delivered on-time, with no lost/delayed packages, and no items broken. I was hosting a 200-person meeting nearby, so I probably won't ever have the opportunity to use this UPS Store again. But if you are hosting a meeting in the area (or just shipping a lot of stuff), this is where you need to go to get it done right! read more

FIRST RATE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My insurance claim for 1,000.00 was fully reimbursed with care, consideration and professionalism. I've had terrible experiences with insurance claims before but the owner and staff at THIS UPS store are really honest, hardworking and top notch. I had a large painting shipped to me from this store to NY and it arrived damaged. The painting needed to be sent back to the artist for retouching, the painting needed to be reframed and remounted with glass. The team worked with me at each stage of the process.
