I just read a review a customer assigned regarding Patti. The customer said they felt she acted as they were an inconvenience. I would only say that perhaps you should maybe try to understand what may be going on in Patti's life or any other individual you may feel obliged to critique. Sometimes people have more than one job, family issues, struggles that cause unhappiness etc. The public is not an easy group to continuously be all smiles. Patti has waited on me a zillion times. She is kind and efficient. She trys hard to do a good job. I understand hard times, maybe you have been fortunate not to ever experience them. Went to return my amazon package. Manager refused and said it needed to be returned in another box. I informed him there is no issue I'll get another box. He then threatens to call the police on me. He refused to provide any name or employee number. Then kept demanding my name and proceed to write it down. I hope they get some therapy or training for this manager because the bald man needs it. If you have to deal with this guy here's what he looks like. Dark hair with bald spot and wears glasses in his 60s. I hope if you have to deal with him, he is having a better day or expect to get the cops called on you for returning your amazon package. read more

Patti quite frankly needs an attitude adjustment. She welcomes customers as if they are the greatest inconvenience to her, even the simplest question on an Amazon question prompted her to shrug say "I don't know" and make me feel incompetent and unsure if my package will accurately be returned as the description on the label did not meet the actual description of the item. This is now the third time I've experienced Patti's horrible attitude. She's in a customer service role and should not get away with this behavior any longer. read more

Full disclosure that I don't often have to pay for shipping since many of my shipments are pre-paid. That being noted, the team in here is excellent. They are knowledgeable,helpful, and always fast. Most times that I walk in the door I'm on the way out in less than a minute. read more

I would strongly suggest that anyone needing a UPS store, DO NOT USE THIS ONE! They lose packages, they won't handle anything with care and they have absolutely no idea of what they are doing. Both the store owner: Ben, and manager: Ashley are incredibly rude, and when they do mess up, they completely deny they did it! Horrible!!!! They have no business being in the UPS business, and I'm sure will not be there for much longer. Their merchandise is way over-priced, and a rip-off! UPS is a well known and trusted name when it comes to delivering your packages. I wouldn't trust this location to handle an envelope of old super-market coupons. Do not trust them at all with your packages. I gave them one star rating because they didn't have minus five stars. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! read more

PRICE GOUGING-went in on Friday to mail a package to Canada. They quoted me a price of $182.10 to have it there by Christmas. Turned and walked out. Went to Post Office (USPS) this morning and was charged $59.00. That is over $120 difference. That is ridiculous. UPS store just lost a business customer due to their price gouging. I will never use them again. If you have a package to mail, especially international, go to the Post Office and save yourself a ton of money. read more

They won't help package or ship with an employer ups account. You have to use their account which is ridiculous. They act like they're not part of UPS, but have no problem getting all the benefits of being affiliated with UPS. Had a run in years ago with this store where I was told by the manager or owner that I really should use their account and not just drop off ups packages that are already labeled. Poor service. After the horrible holiday delays with US Postal mail in December, this UPS store was the miracle needed! Packages and envelopes I have shipped via UPS were always on time. Nice location, reliable shipping. Yes, it costs more than the post office, but with such impressive delivery results you can count on, it's worth it! read more

This UPS store is pretty new. I've had good experiences there everytime ive been there. Its in a modern plaza with modern stores and places to grab a bite to eat. The UPS Store hours are better then most, being open a little longer then some of the others I've seen in the Akron Canton area. I'd recommend going there for sure. read more

The store location is overcrowded with merchandise for it space. The prices for UPS is overrated went to the post office and the price was much cheaper and still arrived in a reasonable time. I was suggest if UPS wants to keep business they will need to lower their prices read more
