To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report an upsetting experience I recently had with an employee at a UPS location. During my visit, I encountered behavior that I found aggressive, unprofessional, and potentially misleading. The employee's conduct made me feel uncomfortable and pressured during what should have been a routine customer interaction. Specifically, the employee spoke in an aggressive tone, behaved in a confrontational manner, and presented information that I believe may have been deceptive or misleading regarding services, charges, or procedures. As a customer, I expect respectful communication and honest service. Unfortunately, this interaction caused unnecessary stress and raised concerns about how customers are being treated at this location. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and investigated. I would also appreciate follow-up regarding any actions taken to address this issue and help prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. Guy at the counter only offers the most expensive of options (that are readily available at a UPS store down the street) and repeatedly refuses to accept amazon returns unless they are prepped and paid for as a new shipment. I have come here multiple times at 5:55 and they close at 6 PM today he made eye Contact with me and locked the door as I was walking up to the door. The last time I came here at 550 and he told me I have to hurry up I'm closing in 3 min. I was thinking to myself it's 550 y'all close at six. Going off of my cell phone time not the time in my car. If this is true, the registers should not be turning off at closing time the registers should turn off when the last person has helped. I had stopped yesterday and made a quick amazon return. I was attended by a young girl who was friendly and very welcoming. I had no issue. Today, I had to make another stop at a UPS store for an Amazon return in this store was the closest. When I entered, there was a gentleman working just gave me a hard stair no hello and asked me quickly if I had the return slip, I was carrying a pretty big package, so I was barely trying to catch my breath and I told him if he can give me a second I will take it out of my bag. He then proceeded to scan, barcodes and noticed as one of the boxes was open from the top He tells me that he will need to charge me a packaging fee of $2.00. I could not believe after I told him but your just adding tape it's not like your adding the box. Rudely he said it's your responsibility to package it. Like wow !!! so on top of him having 0 customer service you walk in and they stare at you like your bothering them you don't even know how to talk to customers you think it's okay to charge $2 for a piece of tape. this is the last time I come to this UPS store. This is the closest location to my house so I come here often just for the convenience. The store was suppose to be open at 8 am today. I arrived at 8:11, doors are locked. This is not the first time this has happened. I arrived around 8:05 another day and the gentleman was still unlocking everything and FaceTiming what appears to be his mother. No acknowledgment or greeting to apologize or inform he will be right with me. Anytime I come in and this gentleman is working, he's FaceTiming someone. So unprofessional. I wish I knew his name, he is taller and speaks another language. The young lady that works here is great though. She is friendly, fast, and efficient. read more

Stopped by the UPS store on Simmons and Ann Road today to drop off a package. When I walked in the store there were two other patrons in the store, and it was fairly silent. No one behind the counter, even addressed me, said hello, said one moment, said anything.....as I waited, I pulled up my Yelp app and checked in. I noticed there was, a welcome offer for a PO Box. As I was waiting one of the customers in the store was inquiring about a PO Box. The employee was giving pricing information and the pricing information contradicted the offer, so I waited till the conversation was over, and I politely went to the customer and informed him of the offer that was online, when it was my turn to be assisted, the employee was not happy that I provided the customer with that information because his customer service with me was less than subpar, as a matter of fact, it was downright rude, but that's OK because I won't be coming back to this location again.....there is another location on Craig and I'll go to that location instead. I just waited in line for over 20 minutes to be told that they would not take my Amazon return unless the box was taped. Keep in mind just about every other return I do they tell you not to tape up the box so just bring it in so I will admit I didn't read that part but then after waiting over 20 minutes basically because these guys have no idea what they are doing one literally took forever just to do one transaction with the customer kept messing it up kept needing the other person to help them and then when they finally get to me because of that one piece of tape he wants to charge me two dollars ridiculous! I will definitely not be back to this UPS anything they clearly have no idea what they're doing so annoyed!!! read more

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Neka failed to do her job that she is paid to do. It was close to closing time so she rushed me, didn't have my package shipped to the correct address and had the audacity to not offer me any help to fix HER mistakes. She made multiple mistakes on my order and not once did she nor a manager offer to help me. I'm in contact with corporate now and getting help from them instead. I was in the store today on 10/04/2022 and the staff has changed drastically! I was returning three packages to Amazon, and the clerk decided to yell and be unprofessional to me about returning the items! After, he explained three times why he needed to scan each item separately, then he kept repeating himself as if I was a small child! I went to The UPS Store to print a silly little gift certificate I made for my niece. I asked the associate if I could print something from my USB drive in color on plain paper. He informed me that whatever color the file is will be the print color. I handed him my USB drive. He plugged it into the computer and pulled up my file. He printed it, but the print format was wrong and I showed him how the certificate was smaller than what it should've be. He tried to format it, but was unable to. So he called another associate over. In the meantime, I took the mouse, formatted the printer, and printed the certificate before the second associate made it over to us. I tried to give the first associate the certificate that did not come out right, but he said to take it and I wouldn't be charged for it. When he rang me up, I was charged $2.50 for "Computer Use / Hour" and $0.49 for the color copy. I WILL NEVER PRINT ANYTHING AT THE UPS STORE AGAIN! I had my hand on the mouse for all of three minutes, never touched any other part of the computer, and was charged $2.50. Ridiculous! Office Depot charges $0.59 for color copies from a USB and does not include "Computer Use". read more

Dishonest and horrible service. The Mgr makes his own rules. He has no problem charging you extra fees and when you realize it's too late. There are NO REFUNDS because he plays dumb. This is a review of Solid State Electric at 980 American Pacific Dr. in Henderson, NV. I have been having home theatre issues for 8 months now. Unfortunately, I've had the displeasure of dealing with two companies who have responded poorly to my issues. The first is JVC, the manufacturer of my HD projector, the source of my problems. For a big company, with a supposed stellar reputation, they have pretty much completely dropped the ball when it comes to my problems. Numerous phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. The second company is Video Audio Specialists on E. Charleston in Las Vegas. I defy you to come up with a worse company. Don't even try. They kept my projector a total of 7-8 days and found absolutely nothing wrong. I finally sent it to Mendtronix in Poway, CA. and they found a long list of problems, including filters that were completely and totally plugged and fans that were inoperable. Mendtronix was in awe when I explained that VAS found nothing wrong after 8 days. It took them 2 minutes and they said the issues were Diagnostics 101 (any idiot could see the problems). JVC sent me to VAS, and I have yet to hear back from either company (surprise, surprise). I have NOTHING positive to say about either. The same is not true of Solid State Electric in Henderson. Run by Jason and Susan Burkett, they could not have been any better or more professional. A few technicians (usually Josh) have visited my home on numerous occasions, and I don't know what I would have done without them. They've stood by me every step of the way, and have gone beyond all of my expectations. Their prices are fair and reasonable and their professionalism unparalleled. Top to bottom you wont find a better electronics installation company anywhere in Las Vegas. What a pleasure doing business with them. Are you listening JVC and VAS??? read more
