12/07/24 @ 4:40pm. The 2 young ladies both Latinaaaaaa were freaking amazing!!!! I came in originally on Nov 17 to return this big box with an electric scooter. One of the ladies who were there on 12/7 was the same one who helped me in Nov. she remembered me as I asked if they were able to reprint the shipment receipt with the tracking number because the company claimed they never received it. After giving the ladies my phone number they were able to track down the receipt for me and also informed me when it was delivered too! So I was EXTREMELY thankful and happy mannnn they really helped me more than they know

I purchased a Macbook for my daughter. I went to this UPS store to ship it on 16 Aug. After 24 hrs I attempted to track my package. It wasn't tracking. According to UPS, all packages should be scanned into the system by the close of business. on 19 Aug I returned to UPS. I was told the tracking number was not in the system and they didn't know where my package was. I left my information and was told the manager would be in later and contact me. After several hours I returned hoping to talk to the manager. I was told by the girl present that the earlier personnel was the manager. The employee went to the back of the store to call the manager but refused to give me any information about the manager or store owner. Both employees were evasive and provided minimal interest in my lost package. I certainly will not be doing business here again. 1k laptop and $432 shipping and not even a return phone call. If you have anything of value, I caution you about using this location.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report an…read moreupsetting experience I recently had with an employee at a UPS location. During my visit, I encountered behavior that I found aggressive, unprofessional, and potentially misleading. The employee's conduct made me feel uncomfortable and pressured during what should have been a routine customer interaction. Specifically, the employee spoke in an aggressive tone, behaved in a confrontational manner, and presented information that I believe may have been deceptive or misleading regarding services, charges, or procedures. As a customer, I expect respectful communication and honest service. Unfortunately, this interaction caused unnecessary stress and raised concerns about how customers are being treated at this location. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and investigated. I would also appreciate follow-up regarding any actions taken to address this issue and help prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. The details of the incident are as follows: Date of incident:05/19/2026 Time :12:54 Employee would not give me his name in, fact he took off his badge and hid it behind his back then charged toward me in a very threatening msnnr .But his first name began with a B and has a strong accent ( definantly knows how to speak vulgar language in English) Thank you for your attention to this matter. They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries. Great small business and a Good Owner. Respectfully.

We called on a Thursday hoping we would be able to get a job done by Sunday Spectrum made it happen by the next day. As we were handling delays from our designer and traveling, James kept in contact with us to make it work. We got the file to Spectrum at 2:11pm on Friday and the materials were delivered to our hotel by 7:20pm (15 minutes after we arrived ourselves). We let James pick the weight and binding and the materials came out perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When I was shopping around for a place to have these made I stopped by Spectrum Color Printing and talked with James. He was very helpful and showed me what they were capable of doing and gave me a quote on the spot. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush me to order. Especially with the military it takes time to get things approved for purchase. Once I had the order paid for he sent my idea to his Artwork guy Bryan and the proof came back to me in about 2 hours. He knocked it out of the park. It was better than we could have hoped for. Once we had it finalized James emailed me and asked if I wanted to come by and review the final product before printing all 500. Once there it was perfect and printed them on the spot to save me a trip back. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they might help you or you business out with. We have already started a second order with them and will have them make the 2020 Suicide Prevention Car Show poster! Thanks again James!
