Then she refused to give me an email receipt, telling me it was impossible, even though I could literally see where she was supposed to enter my email on her screen. It is depressing when a self-serve kiosk would be a massive improvement. A different person here was really nice when I called on the phone to find out weekday drop-off time because the recording only listed Saturday. It was clean enough and well enough lit, so maybe it was just this one person. But I ship UPS all the time and everyone at the Camino El Norte UPS Store is always efficient, friendly, and helpful, so using FedEx this time was a disappointment.

They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries. Tammy who works there was extremely friendly. She went above and beyond to help me put my package into my car and also cut up the box to make it fit. My package was 33 pounds and it was a large box. Fedex rerouted the package and it was not delivered next day (which caused chaos for us because the item did not arrive as promised). Fedex is refusing to refund our money, blaming this establishment. This establishment is blaming Fedex and we are left with no resolution. This establishment didn't even refund the fee they charged either (something else to keep in mind). I believe Fedex is purposely giving us the runaround to waste time so that the claim window expires. This establishment manager informed me that other customers are experiencing this same issue. Save yourself this nightmare and DO NOT ship ANYTHING via Fedex. I hope this establishment reads this review and ceases business with them. If they continue business with Fedex, they need to explain to customers that Fedex is not reliable. Establishments that knowingly utilize an unreliable service should hold a level of accountability at some point. I guess I will never receive my refund and that is unacceptable on EVERY level. The longest time was the wait for her to finish with the other patient as the other employee had yet been trained on the fingerprinting process. I would definitely come back. I did see a family dropping off a bunch of packages, and I can confirm that the employee that was entering their packages into the system, took his time and scanned every single one and he was careful with the packages.
