Ridiculous this guy has been in business for so long. The last time I came here was 10 years ago and I swore I would never come back. But today I was desperate to send some returns and had no other choice. Regretted giving him a second chance within 30 seconds of walking in. It was time to renew my passport. I came in to take my photo. it took 10 min to take & process the photo. The photo was $12 and it you get two pictures from it. Now I'll wait for my passport and how everything was processed correctly. read more

Neighborhood friendly postal store. This is the store I go to for all my shipping needs. As a business I am always sending out packages to clients. Allen is responsible and super friendly with me every time I come in and always provides great deals on shipping. The parking lot is a bit tight, but the service is well worth the struggle! I came here tonight about 20 minutes before they closed. Within a few minutes I had my passport photo taken and it was printed in less than five minutes. It was less than $11 for two passport photos. The owner here is amazing and so is his employee they're both really nice it's my first time coming here and The vibes that I got here was just so comforting I just can't express enough how much I appreciate the shop his kind gesture to me literally means like everything. I had to get a letter notorized. Parking is tricky apparently around lunch, but i found parking eventually. The gentleman inside was pleadant, helpful and efficient. I was in and out in minutes. I had previously submitted a review and unfortunately, for some reason, it was deleated. I have been a customer of Postnet for several years. The owner, Alan Kaminsky provides superb customer care! I have recommended him to family and friends. I happen to be disabled and when Alan sees my car pull up, he immediately comes out to take my Fed Ex envelopes. Both Alan and I are notaries and we constantly refer potential clients to each other. He refers clients who need a mobile notary, I refer walk-in clients. I also noticed in a review that was listed the customer complained about Alan's fax rates. Unfortunately, what this customer does not realize is that Alan, like myself, have business expenses. I can certainly vouch that Alan's fax rates are quite reasonable. If you want to send a fax from Office Depot, Staples, Fed Ex Office, the rates are higher. Also, his computer rates are also quite reasonable, $3.00 to rent the computer. If you go to Fed Ex office, the rate would be approcimately $.35 a minute. read more

I went in to mail out a package. The owner was rude and raised his voice at me! "have you got tape for that package? Well, if you don't I will charge you for the tape. I absolutely love having a PO box here for so many reasons. 1. The owner is a doll and is well acquainted with whoever has a box here, he pays attention and cares, checks your box for you if you call in, etc. 2. the place counts as a suite so you can have things mailed there that would normally give you trouble if it was a PO box 3. They have 24 hour access if you purchase that package which is always awesome, and it's affordable and in a good area! read more

Be aware of using this location. He sells your mailbox to multiple people. I had a mailbox there and pre-paid for 3 years cash because he said his credit card machine was down and said it only could be cash. The owner, Alan, rented out the same box to multiple people. Every time I go there, the boxes were open which allowed anyone to get other people's mail. In addition, I had other people's mail in my box and he always said "you are sharing the mailbox." The 1st time, he said you are sharing the box because I gave you discount on the price. 2nd time, "oh, they are moving out" (which didn't happen), the 3rd time, "oh I'll get this mail out of the box for you". At first I didn't say anything, however, after 2 or 3 times, I told him that I didn't want other people to have access to my mailbox and I paid about $120 a year to have my "own" mailbox. His response was "well, you don't get any mail so what's the difference." I know I don't get a lot of mail, however, I paid for a private box. I have company and other organization mail that I know at least send out yearly update (which I've never got). When I ask him about it, he says .. you don't get any mail. This behavior continued on for years, finally, I reach out to his corporate franchisor and they said what he is doing is un-ethical and wrong, however, because he is franchise, there is nothing they could do. Is he just not putting people's mail in the mailbox because he doesn't have the time to put it in or sort it??? When I go there the last time, he said I no longer have a box, but I do, because I paid for 3 years. I asked him to check his record, he said he doesn't keep records. Isn't he suppose to be a organized store? I couldn't believe how he manages his business. This is the most un-ethical owner and store!! You are not guarantee to receive all your mail because if he toss them, you wouldn't know its missing. BE AWARE!! p.s. If you ever have a shipment of boxes, he leaves it outside and ask you to go grab it yourself, so anyone can take 1 or 2 box or someone else's and he wouldn't even know. I had ordered some package one time and it was suppose to be 4 package and I only received 3, I asked him about it and he looked through that big mess behind his desk and said "nop". So disorganized and I ended up missing one of my package. :( read more

This place is a gem in the Valley when it comes to true customer service. I'd rather come in here instead of the post office or FedEx office or Kinko's!! Allan gives you his full attention regardless of whether there are 10 people in the shop or just you. You can tell that this place is a true neighborhood stop for PO boxes, notary and sending out packages, photo copied and faxes. If you think you're royalty and deserve the royalty treatment or just crunched for time and you wanna just drop off your mail/package or just want to make a a photo copy or fax a document -- just go someplace else. Had a mailbox here for a year. Alan is great! He always greeted me when I'd come in and even helped out when I had the back of my car filled with packages. Parking to unload a lot of packages was never a problem because Alan made sure spots right in front of his door were reserved.
