He didn't seem stressed at all, in fact, he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job, which immediately put me at ease. Returning packages can be stressful, but I felt a real sense of relief and trust knowing I was being taken care of with the utmost care. Never have I experienced a more respectful, patient, and professional interaction at a UPS store. Customer service like this is rare and very much appreciated.

I understand that employees have long days and may be eager to go home, but customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits. Closing early is frustrating and wastes customers' time, fuel, and effort. I hope the owner is aware that the store is not conhonoring its advertised hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service I needed, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I called the store to file a claim, they took my info and said that they would file the GSR and I would have a check within 2 weeks. I thought that would be it. To my surprise I got a call from Beth on Tuesday morning letting me know that my documents did arrive at my location and that she had filed the GSR and to let her know that if I hadn't gotten a check in a week or so to let her know. It is amazing to know that customer service is still alive!!!! Thank you for the follow up!!!! It is so very refreshing that customer service and good communication are still a priority!!! This will be my go to store even though there is one closer to me!

The woman working the front was sweet and greeted us when we walked in. I think she was the owner. She was doing a DHL shipment for a customer in front of us that was taking a while, but the owner kept acknowledging us and explained the international shipping takes a bit longer than regular shipping. She said "nothing is here" she didn't bother to look around to search or offer ANY EXPLANATION!! It was dropped there -so it's there somewhere or other coworkers took it? I then called her & asked her if she could look at store video from @10 days ago if I gave her the exact date..she said "I am NOT going to do that" then I told her "OK"and she hung up on me. I consider this theft. I looked at all the Google reviews as well as on here and CLEARLY obvious there's something very wrong with THIS STORE & HER harsh energy she exudes on customers.
