We had an urgent, two business shipments of medical products (time and temperature-sensitive, perishable) that had to go top urgently to the East Coast. I came to this UP Store very close to the shipping deadline (5:30 PM) just for packing the product into the store cardboard boxes, and for advice on what to do because the main UPS Customer Service told earlier me that I have to take this shipment to the Main UPS Facility in Anaheim, CA. Because of this issue, I was sure that I will miss the deadline, and get in trouble. Monica saved the day. She not only quickly packed the shipment very neatly into her store UPS cardboard boxes, but she also accepted our goods for the immediate Next Day Air shipping to the East Coast. The next morning, our cargo reached both destinations at 10:30 AM. Monica is the most friendly, professional, and effective UPS representative that we ever met. Monica: Great job! Thank you! Lines are mostly short and they have a lot of people working to have great service. One of the thing I hate about going to ups is waiting but this location is quite clean and nice. The parking is big easy to find parking. read more

I just had a document scanned to my email at this location. The charge was $1 dollar per page. I clarified with the clerk if the cost was really $1 per page. Her response was relatively kurt "yes". I was there and in a hurry so I paid it. Out of curiosity, I called the ups store nationwide customer service line to inquire about the cost. After about 6 minutes on hold, being reminded by the recording that "customer satisfaction is priority" they finally answered. The representative assured me that $1 per page was not "egregious" because "some UPS stores charge $2 per page". Let's think about the word that she used, egregious. Egregious definition: outstandingly bad or shocking. Now let's look at some of the competition pricing: National average: $.07 - $.12 per page, Office Depot: $.25 per page, Staples: $.25 per page, FedEx a lofty $.50 per page. If there was a choice to do 0 stars I would have tagged 0 stars. The person at the front was not helpful. He wanted me to rent a computer so that I could send a document to the computer and then print. I asked him if I could send the document to him and he said " my boss prefers I don't do that." While this was going on, he continued to tape up a box and had little eye contact. I am appalled by the lack of customer service. This place has the worst customer service ever, first off they always have a attitude of the customer should serve them, like if you leave any discarded envelopes around they will call you and tell you don't leave any trash because we don't clean up then if you're a day late on your rent they won't let you into your box to get your critical medical supplies delivered by the department of Veterans Affairs I would never recommend doing business with this place ever to anybody they have the worst business antics of any business I've ever been around in my entire lifetime they rather see somebody die over a late payment after doing business here for 10 years it's outrageous very Crass behavior, Warning if you ever get a address here you will never be able to forward your mail ever this is a life time of being abused by this business. read more

If I could I would give them minus stars! They failed to properly wrap my daughter's softball bat that she bought with her own money $350. She is on an athletic and academic scholarship in the East Coast and needs her bat. But according to them, it's our fault for not purchasing the insurance. So, the bat is lost, bouncing around in some container, my poor kid is out of a bat and her $350. They have the nerve to say they can only credit her $100 and the $31 for shipping. The worst part is the customer service from UPS. One department transfers to the next, and back and forth but no one helps or cares. My advice don't go to the UPS store on Tustin in Orange and if you go to any UPS, wait no matter how long the line is and actually see your items packaged. Do not take their word or trust that the will do the job My daughter's bat did not go missing!!! Your staff did no tape at both ends. It fell out of the box and then it was lost. I have used this store on multiple occasions for various reasons. Being in the real estate and mortgage business it is important to have a good notary on speed dial. I have used them on several occasions to have my loan docs signed and notarized close to their closing time. They have never given me problems about anything and are super attentive to their customers needs. I have also had several things shipped from here. These guys really care about their business and handle their mail/shipping with care and discretion. read more

It's so nice to walk into a UPS store that has their act together. Employees here are great! They are so attentive and get everyone in and out of here as fast as they can. As soon as they see someone walk in with just boxes to drop off, they will call them up to hand them off, so they dont waste any time waiting in line just to hand something to them. Shipping a package here is a 1,000 times easier than the post office. Plus they will tape up the boxes for you and give you package tracking for free. read more

Really unpleasant. Dealt with a young woman who couldn't find my information from an auction item I had won even after her office contacted me with price of shipment. She ended the conversation in the rudest way. Then another email. Then another. They are simply shipping a candy dish. Seriously obnoxious. Will never deal with this UPS store again. read more
