I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat

The staff is on their A-Game here and I always have a great experience. I've been coming to this location for quite some time now and here recently, they have remodeled the store in order for their staff to work more efficiently and effectively. After visiting a few times since the remodel, I noticed the vibe and it's definitely a good change. Things seem to flow better. From printing labels to doing Amazon returns and having eviction papers notarized to scanning and faxing important documents like contracts, trusts, wills and lease agreements - the employees have handled my issues properly and with professionalism and discretion. It's so appreciated! I really depend on this UPS location to get it right for me. And they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price! She said "don't tell me how to do my job, you don't know how faxes work. I explained that Ive been a computer scientist for over 25 yrs and yes I know how they work. This young lady actually looked at me and said " I can't deal with you, I'm not doing this" and walked away to get someone else to help me. The young man that helped me understood what I was asking for I gladly paid for the extra pages I was adding so that wasn't an issue. The store filed a claim for me. The insurance said the package was on the right porch. All I received from UPS was the runaround; they took my money and lost my package.
