This isn't the closest UPS Store to where I live but it's the store I prefer. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Even when there's a long line, packages piling up, and clearly a stressful day, they still manage to be polite and get the job done. I've done printing, shipping, and even Amazon returns at this location and I've been happy with every visit. Recently a self serve Amazon returns counter was added. It seems like a really great addition for simple, quick, scanned returns. I haven't been able to try it out yet because there's always been other customers using it but I'll get my chance eventually. The printing I've had done at this location has always been great quality and done quickly. There are mail boxes available for rent here as well. The shipping prices are comparable, in some cases slightly more, than USPS but there are times I feel more secure using UPS for packages. I live in a rural area and our local UPS drivers handle my deliveries with far more care than USPS so I'm hopefully that it's the same case in other areas when I'm shipping important items to others. read more

Worst service ever. They want you to pay them a fee to print a label to return a product that UPS lost for over a month. Tommy, the so-called manager, was so unprofessional. He made up a bunch of lies (such as they aren't associated with UPS, I need a QR code even though I had a prepaid label, the system won't let them waive the label printing fee) and then admitted that he just wanted me to leave the store. Really? UPS lost all all respect for not waiving the $2 printing fee on top of their crappy delivery service. What a greedy unethical business. read more

The nice service rep was able to download a printable copy from my IPad, saved me so much grief while the store was packed with customers. He kept his cool under pressure, I'm eternally grateful for his service on that day. read more

Absolutely outrageous pricing. I've been a loyal customer at this UPS Store for years. I know the team, I come in regularly, and I've always respected the service -- until now. I was just charged $251.17 to scan documents. That's $1.25 per page, which is beyond unreasonable. I'm a notary -- the entire job only paid me $100. UPS took a 151% loss out of my pocket just to scan papers. That is predatory and exploitative. This isn't a complaint about the staff. It's about a corporate pricing model that gouges professionals who rely on services like this to do their job. What should have cost $25-40 max turned into a cash grab of epic proportions. I'm disgusted and extremely disappointed. I'll be taking my business (and referrals) elsewhere -- and warning others in my industry to do the same. read more

I think this is my favorite shipping location. It's located in a strip mall by Fred Meyer just off Beavercreek Road. The customer service is wonderful and they are very helpful and pleasant. The parking lot is an issue and is small. Little Caesar's is next door so with all the cars going there it doesn't help. Christmas time was a challenge here since there was no where to park. This location does Amazon returns so it is always busy. They have really nice boxes for purchase and have quite the selection if you need a box for something or to ship. But cardboard comes with a price. :) read more

I like being able to do Amazon and Happy Returns here. The parking lot is awful so be aware of that and drive slowly. The staff seem to be stressed because they don't talk to me or look at me, they seem very inconvenienced that you are even there. There's one guy who's nice when I come in. I hate going here because of the wait and the fact that customer service, having fun at work, being kind, isn't a culture here. I hope that they can hire more people or help them so they aren't so stressed. read more

I was there yesterday ( 11/11/24 at 2 pm). I purchased the smallest envelope they carry (it was about the size of my hand). I have attached a photo. I placed a single mailbox key in it and addressed it to California. It was appalling the way I was treated. A tall, thin Asian guy waited on me. He told me I couldn't send my envelope unless I could show a photo ID. There were three White women ahead of me sending packages (much larger than mine and one woman had multiple packages). They were not asked to show ID. My ID was in the car and he told me he could not take the envelope unless I went to get my ID. After returning with a photo ID, this racist guy was insistent upon knowing what I was mailing. I've never had anyone ask me that before when mailing something which was basically the size of a letter. No one asked any of the women what they were shipping. After this, he told me it would cost $13 and change. I was so upset I don't remember the exact amount over $13. I said you're kidding and he replied "No, it's because it's a bubble envelope." I told this guy I would just put a stamp on it and mail it at the post office. He then said, "It will come back! You can't put a stamp on it." I am Black but not stupid and I have mailed things before. I only went there because it was Veterans Day therefore the post office was closed. The next day, I put a stamp on my 4 in. x 8 in. envelope and took it to the post office. I asked if the one stamp was enough. It was weighed and I was told it was enough. There was no need to show ID. I was not asked what the envelope contained and 42 cents covered it. There was no need to pay $13. I did not appreciate the way I was treated at UPS. That was my first and last time at that store. read more

I went to pick up a package and took the notice that was put on my door. the clerk, who was very rude, told me my package wasn't there without looking in the back or asking me for a tracking #. She told me I could wait around for a while or come back. I told her I could not come back because I was on my lunch hour from my business and she said "well, those are your options. You can wait or come back." I decided to wait as a UPS truck had just pulled up a few minutes before and I thought perhaps it was on that truck. Not two minutes later a young man comes out of the back with my package and gives it to her. She says nothing to me. No apology, nothing. He tells me it was dropped off the night before. Then she asked for my ID which I gave her. She told me it wasn't good enough because the addresses didn't match and I had to have the tracking #. I had my ID, the notice on my door, and the package all matched. Not good enough. I had to dig through my email and find her a tracking #. I really felt like I was inconveniencing this person by trying to pick up my own package. Not a good experience at all. read more

I parked my car directly in front of the store, a 2 second walk if that, the time 6:59. I walked in there were two male employees. One is helping a woman at the counter, the other did not say anything he just looked at me. The young man still with the woman said sorry mam we are closed. It just turned 7 as I looked on my phone. I could not believe it, it's not like I had packages I simply needed to have something faxed. He said sorry we are closed, and you have to leave. I was absolutely stunned. I was in the store before 7 yet because it was 7 when he finished with the woman, he could no longer help me. I know it isn't a huge deal but at the same time it is. What kind of customer service is this. I am so frustrated; this young man was absolutely rude and did not even make eye contact. My son was waiting in the car and obviously could not hear what was said however he knew exactly what had happened. He too was disappointed and in disbelief. Poor customer service. read more

Asked a simple question about a box and the fee .... this lady tries to tell me that they give a service that the post office doesn't give ... such as .... you can use a street address and not a PO Box... well I tell her that I have a PO Box that I've been using a street address for umpteen years.... and suddenly this woman develops a bad attitude like I said "fuck you"?or something??!! . are you crazy ?? do you want peoples business or what?? Normally when I enter a UPS location everyone's very friendly and very supportive of the customer always willing to help and assist with arranging to ship a package. At this location it is by far the worst customer service and facility that I've ever used for a UPS store. After attempting multiple times I will no longer use or suggest this location. read more

I don't usually ship much out of the Oregon City UPS Store, but I've always had smiles and friendly conversation from all the employees there. In fact, I like the employees so much, that I go out of my way to buy my stamps there verses the post office (even though it costs a bit more), simply because the customer service is so much better. At least the young staff at The UPS Store acts like they want to be there than those who work at the post office. There are two girls who work there whom are sisters and they are just as delightful as can be. They always ask how I'm doing, how my family is doing, how my day is going and always make sure I am completely satisfied before I leave. And I think any place that has siblings working alongside each other, says something about the peaceful atmosphere and the care that goes into their work. read more

I've been using this particular UPS Store location for as long as I can remember - maybe about 10 years? I've used it personally for packing materials, buying stamps, shipping gifts and returns, etc, and I also used it regularly for services for an office I managed in the area. The employees seem to be able to pack just about anything in a way that keeps it from getting damaged (my boxes aren't usually too complicated, but I have seen people bring some pretty wild stuff in from time to time!). The employees have done some great advertising design work for some of the local businesses in the area, too. Not much they can't do...highly recommend! read more

I drop'ed off a small package to this store at 2:00 PM on Friday. The person who handled the shipment said my package would go out later that same day. The package was not scanned for pick-up until after 9:00 PM so it missed the afternoon pickup by UPS. Due to the late scan by the employee/s and non same day pickup, the package set waiting at that store for more than four days before it was picked up by UPS, and way overdue for delivery. This UPS store #5792 and UPS took no Responsibility for their actions or the Responsibility that this package being delivered late for a very important event.
