Normally a great UPS store - I've had years of good, friendly service . However, after calling twice last week to be sure they'd be open on Memorial Day - and both times being told a resounding yes - I've found the shop closed, my packages behind a locked cage. Before the UPS shop opens tomorrow I will be on a flight, without several necessary goods, and I won't even be back soon enough to return those goods for a refund. Some things were to be sent back with friends halfway through my travels, and will now sit until I return and accrue plenty of overdue fees. Yay. read more

I walked in and was ignored for an extended amount of time, when the employee on the floor finally came up to me, he was extremely rude and did not try to help me. I announced that I needed my phone and as I started walking away, the employee raised his voice at me. However, whenever I returned the female employee was very helpful and fixed the misunderstanding. read more

I just tried making a large Amazon return. The employee named "Amanda" (I think that is what her name is, or something similar to a name starting with an "A"), was rude. She helped me take items to my car, and before I could even close the door to my car she said, "Your welcome for the help by the way and went back into the building before I could respond". The lady there questioned my packaging as soon as I walked in. Mind you I foam wrapped a bicycle. Asks the driver if it's packaged according to shipping etiquette, in which he promptly reassured people ship like that all the time. She then presumed to ring me up for $81 to ship. It was an "irregular" object. I told her usps and fedex quoted me half the price and she said "well you can't trust the post office, they're messing up everyone's mail." When I shipped my package at fedex it was $37 to ship, no questions asked. From the get go she gave me hostile vibes like my existence was her demise. It's not kind to treat people certain ways based on appearance. Ship with fedex and usps, not this trash place. read more

Poor customer service today....brought in a box to be shipped, box was untapped so the lady told me she could tape it for 4.80 I asked if I could use her tape so I could tape it myself and with an attitude said NO you can buy your own tape. I use this location often and always get assistance taping a box closed without an issue, today's experience wasn't good. Won't be back. read more

This was my first experience coming so this UPS store at 6 PM on April 20 710 man with two Star Wars buddies that are about 4 feet tall 10 inches wide the older lady one did not have a mask on since it clearly says on the door to come in to the store employees and customers are supposed to wear masks since the COVID-19 still going and talking to the lady she asked me if I was mailing them and I said yes and I needed a box big enough to fit both of them she gave me a list of boxes and the tape measure measure the width of them and told her 48 inches tall and 10 inches wide 20 inches altogether and asked me to look on the sheet to find a box that fits so the customer service really does suck at this store she did not have the box that was on her sheet that she advised me to go to Home Depot and buy a box well I'm glad she actually did tell me to go there because the boxes were cheaper so is everything else that I need to tape bubble wrap but they could've need a little extra money on me since this was my first time in their store to ship something.specially during the evening hours then this morning on April 28 at 10 AM the guy was wearing his mask which was nice and was nice enough to open the door for me the other bigger lady was wearing her mask which was good I did tell them about the other lady last night that was not wearing her mask then bring in the box I bought from Home Depot to mail out they told me last night it was fine to drop it off get a receipt I need two people I had to go to the post office which was about a mile down my car I had to put on my roof and drive a mile down the road because they did not want to take my package that was 48 inches tall and 20 inches wide and had a packing label already put on it so I would not recommend the store at all because the day the crappy customer service all they wanna do is scan stuff in and out they don't want to do any work and I definitely do discriminate against people of color or white people dress read more

I usually swear by UPS because they always get my packages to their destination in perfect condition. This particular location was very nice in appearance. The staff was also very very nice. My issue is with pricing. I was charged $50 to ship an unboxed game system and multiple games. The breakdown of charges was $28 for the actual shipping and $20 for the box. I decided to leave an try FedEx. I walked out paying $18 dollars. There is no reason that UPS should be close to triple the price no matter how efficient they are. read more

I was headed to Staples to purchase some bubble wrap when I thought I would save myself the drive from College Park and run into the UPS Store on Edgewater. While waiting in line, I noticed an employee behind the counter who had a mask on, but it was pulled down below his nose :-(. He was crowded in between other workers who had their masks on properly. I looked again at him a minute or so later and he had his mask pulled down below his mouth. Unreal, considering that we are in the thick of the pandemic. After I left the store with my bubble wrap, I thought more and more about that employee, and decided to call the shop and let the manager know my feelings. When I called, a man answered the phone and I asked for the manager. He replied that he is the owner of the UPS Store. I then inquired if he was the individual who had his mask down below his mouth while helping customers. He sorta sputtered and then replied that he would only lower his mask if he was in the back working. I asked again if that was him out front, and he danced around that question. So, he had obviously lied to me, saying that he would only pull his mask down in the back. Nice. He immediately rushed me off the phone, wishing me a Merry Christmas and then hung up on me, as I was telling him that he had just lost 3 good customers - myself and 2 friends whom I had shared this incident with. During the brief, rushed conversation, he mentioned that he had owned the store for 2.5 years. I was beyond shocked and offended that the owner of a business would not observe the mask mandate, while the pandemic is surging. Never ever will I step foot in that store again. If I need a UPS store there is one in Staples and a free-standing store in Winter Park that I will give my business to. read more

I was in the new College Park UPS store and had the best experience ever! The staff saw me walking from my car with a big box and immediatly jumped into action, coming outside to grab the box from my arms and even hold open the door for me.
