I went in to ship a display back to work in the same box that it was sent to me. I was not asking for any special treatment, but what Nathan should NOT do is prohibit/delay my process of receiving mail that's address to ME, for ME, and C/O of ME. I've had my box with Pearland Postal Plus for some time and the hassle of changing my service is daunting. When it came down to the transaction, the manager assisted me (was very nice) .... to make a long story short, When it came time for me to pay the system stalled and seem to not process my card (3X's) . After the third time of me trying to use my business card, he moved the transaction to another register, then it processed. Upon viewing my online banking two days later, I learned I was charged $158 three times. I contacted the store of purchase and was told they could not assist me in getting my money back. I had to reach out to corporate, but it has been over two weeks now and the billing department of Office Depot still has not refunded my account of almost $500.00. This is unacceptable and I pray that corporate will do a better job of ensuring my and anyone else receives their refunds within a reasonable timeframe! I'm very disapponted and upset because my small business have certain funds allocated for operations.
