No customer service, the white lady that took my package was rude, seemed annoyed and hates her job! I had a return for Amazon I showed her the wrong scan code by accident, she told me "that's kohls" and walked off, she was no help and just brushed me off! My first time doing this, so I needed help! I was able to locate the correct email and showed her "oh that's better" with an attitude, she handed me my receipt, I walked out but noticed it only said qty 1 and I had 2 items, so I walked back in and mentioned that I have 2 items not 1 and with an attitude she stated "I asked you that ma'am" which she did not, while still doing what she was doing, she didn't stop, didn't walk up to greet me or help me, just straight up rude! I let her know that she's rude and walked off! I was so upset that I wanted to grab my items and take them to Kohl's but just kept walking! She's bad for business!! I will never go back! read more

Best UPS Store in the Houston area, if you have a prepaid label they will print it for you for only 20 cents and than tape it for 20 cents as well, it's the best price of any store around and you can save so much money coming to this particular one, great guys working there as well, very good customer service, I ship over 100 pairs a week and they are great read more

I'm 6 months pregnant and the staff would not help bring my large package into the store. My car was parked literally in front of the store door. There were 3 employees in the front and 2 employees in the back literally doing nothing so they could have helped. This location does not go above a beyond to help their customers and should be ashamed of themselves. The other location off Shadowcreek helped me bring in a large package literally 1 month ago. I will only be going to the Shadowcreek location from now on. read more

I requested my UPS package be intercepted by this UPS store since I was unable to be home at the scheduled delivery date to sign for it. My schedule changed so I was able to get the package on the delivered date but had to go to this UPS Store to sign for it. I called the store @ 10:54 am to find out what time the UPS truck normally delivered packages to them and was told between 12 and 1pm. Five minutes later I received a email from the UPS driver indicating the package was delivered to this store and was ready to pick up. I drove to the store (20 minute drive) to pickup my package and was told I should come back after all the packages had been checked in. I said I would wait for them to find my package. Two people there stopped to help 2 other walk in customers while I waited and returned to their check-in process but made no effort to find my package as requested. RUDE young Hispanic female and RUDE young Black male clearly had an ax to grind with me for no apparent reason other than the fact that I am an elderly white man (handicapped). They forced me to wait for them to sort out small envelopes and other small boxes before finding my large computer box. read more

I looked up on the internet to find the nearest UPS store, well this one wasn't it! Instead I read the reviews on the one's closer to me and they were very bad! The review of this store was excellent, friendly staff etc. So I decided to make the trip a little further out of my way to this store. I had a package to send back with a prepaid label and wanted to make sure that it was returned right. I pulled into the parking lot at around 8:30 in the morning and the place looked kind of dark from the outside (window tint made it look so) but when you entered it was well lite. There was a young woman who looked busy in the back but when she heard the door open she stopped what she was doing to assist me. She was not rude or felt bothered (something I'm used to dealing with these days) She was polite, helpful and very patient! She had taken care and the time to make sure that the package was ready to ship and advised me of when it would reach its destination. She made sure i had all the copies, tracking numbers and receipts. She helped kickstart my morning in a good light! I definitely recommend this store to ANYONE needing to ship anything! read more

This is my favorite UPS store to use when shipping stuff out. The staff here are phenomenal and have excellent customer service. One time I had issues with trying to figure out how to ship an item, I couldn't figure out the dimensions, weight and how to ship an item I sold on Ebay as Ebay had calculated a wrong amount. This amount was no where close to the actual price of the item I was shipping. However with Korey and Josh's help and exceptional customer service I was able to ship the item out without any problems. I was also equipped with knowledge for future transactions. Do yourself a favor a skip the trip to this place (especially if you're African American)! The staff is extremely rude. I walked in with a package ready for shipping, then stood at the counter waiting to checkout. Had trouble getting documents notarized at my banks, decided to call UPS guy who answered the phone said "sure we could help" walked in, both guys were super friendly, and walked out with my document notarized within 3minutes!
