UPS offers a service where packages can be redirected from its original delivery address to a UPS Store or another access point for pickup. (There are both free and paid versions.). This is especially useful if you're expecting packages to be delivered while you're away and don't want to deal with the possibility and hassle of "porch pirates". Knowing I would be out of town when two packages were expected to arrive, I took advantage of this service. When I arrived to collect my packages, the Employees were busy with other Customers, but greeted me, nonetheless. When it was my turn at the counter, the first package was located without issue. The second package couldn't be located. I provided the Employee with the Tracking Number that ***UPS*** emailed to me, but he found no match for the number. Luckily, the Employee was persistent and found the package (with my name and address on it) at the bottom of a bin. Strangely, the Shipping Label had a different Tracking Number. While I appreciate the Employee's efforts at locating the package, this is still concerning, given the Tracking Number on the Shipping Label and the one emailed to me should have been identical. Kudos to the Employee at the UPS Store for locating the package. I still have serious concerns over UPS Tracking Numbers and how easily packages can be lost. read more

I came in to pick up a printer order that was placed about 30 minutes prior. The lovely clerk (yes I forgot to ask her name of course it's only fitting) was so apologetic about telling me printer orders take 24-48 hours when we discovered my order was at another location. The gorgeous woman and super friendly man (this was on Saturday August 24- find them on the schedule @management!!!) worked so hard to get my papers rerouted and printed that same visit. AGAIN! This store still remains the worst! I dropped off a package Monday, still no movement now Saturday. I called and all I get is the same speech from the last three missing packages, " o we ship out everything same day, do you have your receipt?" "Yes." "Oh let me give you the UPS number, 1-800___." Obviously if the package is scanned WHEN picked up, it would say so when it is tracked.! All three times all it says is it's on its way! This means it was never scanned for pick up! I run a small business and cannot have this happening. This store continues to lose packages! And customers IS NOT giving someone a 1-800 number, no responsibility. While the IT guy was present trying to maintenance & reset the main multi-functioning copier, the employees tried to work around that to the best of their abilities with a long line ensuing. I needed to print from my jump drive & since the other two employees weren't sure how to on the self service machines, I was able to figure it out & help a few other customers. Kudos to the elder employee who exuded professionalism while directing a customer outside who didn't want to wear his face mask. A slight up-charge for stamps, printing, emailing & etc, yet most times quicker & less painful then having to go to the USPS. read more

Worst customer service experience ever!!! I came to print off two pages which should've taken long. I sent them six different times from two different emails, mind you I have sent things to their printer before never a problem. The three lady's in there weren't much help the one helping me didn't seem to interested in working at all. They all pretty much hung out in the back or by the back counter. I explained to her several times how I never had an issue sending anything to their printer before she claims it's user error ( my phone) which my phone showed it had been sent. Side note she didn't even know my name she asked if it was under Rodney????? Please get new people who want to work in this store I miss the old staff they were fast and friendly always. read more

I had a building lease I had to get notarized so I decided to stop by this UPS Store to get it handled. As I pulled in, there was a significant amount of traffic. This location is located next to a Frys supermarket as well as a number of other stores. It will take some time to find parking with this place. Once inside, there was a line to get helped. As I waited there for my 15 minutes or so, I noticed how sparcely filled the store was. 2 old Ricoh copiers (MPC5503 and MPC4503) were in the front, a small table to work from and some really bad pet themed birtday cards. Oh, and some overpriced bubble wrap. Eventually this elderly lady rudely waves me up to "assist" me with my notary needs. Its a building lease, 30 pages front and back and 3 sets of the documents. I signed them at my office, which she immediately reports to me as a problem. She says "sign this piece of paper so I can see if your signature matches the document." I signed the paper and she compared it, to my shock she said my signature does not match. It was clear at this point she was just being difficult and did not want to help me. The signature was fine, its my signature and it clearly was the same. I also had a copy of my passport, drivers license, and I had my articles of incorporation all of which had the same signatures and confirmed my identity. She was extremely rude and pushed my papers aside and waved another customer up and helped them. I should have read the reviews here, the customer service is horrible. read more

I just got a box here, like maybe a month ago. Everytime I came here everyone was happy to help in all that is requested of them. Today I get here and the "sales rep" "Danny" said I could help the next in line! well I get up there tell here my box number and she makes a face and kind of stomps to the back to check then she tells me I dont have anything, so I told her that I should have a package and she just says no, so the other lady behind the counter tells her if she looked on the bottom and of course she said no, so this lady goes back there and finds not 1 but 2 of my packages with no problem. If you don't like your job, there are many people that would appreciate it. All you have to do is smile and help people out, not be lazy and be dramatic, and then come back empty handed and have someone else do your job. I'm paying for a service not attitude and incompetence. read more

Very very bad experience. I went in to get something printed off a thumb drive. I was told the computer was being used and that the computer would be occupied for the rest of the day. I asked if they could insert my thumb drive somewhere else and I was told no. I asked if I could get the number of corporate so I could file a formal complaint they also refused this request they told me that this establishment belongs to a franchise and not to UPS. Very rude staff I spent half an hour and some gas to get there so I can be treated rudely. They refused the services that they offer. I visited on July 15 2021 at 4:05pm, a short male with dark hair with a medium complexion was the person who spoke to me very rudely. read more

A day full of errands is not one of my favorite ways to spend the day. But every now and again, you gotta do what you have to do and when I need to ship a package whilst I'm on that side of town, most certainly, I'd like to stop at this UPS store to do it. On this occasion, I was returning an online purchase. I searched on my Yelp App to map out my stops and this UPS store turned up. This is a typical UPS store with packaging materials for purchase and mailboxes to rent. I was particularly happy with the service that I received from the lady who waited on me. I arrived to the store about 3 or 4 minutes before they opened. She saw me outside and opened the door. I appreciated her not making me wait the 3 or 4 minutes and she let me come into the store. She was helpful in that she reminded me that I needed to keep up with my receipt because there was no other way to prove that I dropped off the package. Great tip for me as that receipt would have gone in receipt purgatory, my purse pocket. A clean and well organized store. read more

I would give a - 10 if I could. I strongly urge anyone considering opening a P.O. Box at the24th & Baseline UPS Store not to especially if you are starting a new business. The owner of this store has irresponsible staff. All of my business mail was returned to sender until I filed a complaint with UPS corporate which is next to impossible to do. He was told to immediately refund my money instead he charged me a2nd time for the box and wanted my bank statement before he would issue a refund. He will not return calls and will not speak w me face to face. He needs to be investigated by the postmaster general for improper handling of federally regulated US mail, fraud and theft. Stay away!!!!! The hassles and liability this man has caused me are inexcusable. read more

Do not use this store! They forced me to pay for overnight and then took 4 days to deliver. When I called they said they tell it is not guaranteed and said corporate refuse to refund. They gave me the corporate number and corporate said it was the store and they should refund. All of the employees there are bad especially Adali and Francisco. read more
