Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.

The woman I worked with was cold and seemed painfully annoyed as I needed to print several items for an international visa. I was the only customer in the shop yet felt like I was the least important priority. She went even as far as to say "the guys in the back printing are getting very frustrated with the sizing of your item and are going to need to charge you more." It was a simple photo that could have easily been cut down to work properly. Instead, I sheepishly agreed to her idea of adding a white border on either left and right side of the photo, which would clearly make it look off, against my better judgment because I just wanted to get the hell out of there! It was a total waste of hours of my time and money, went all the way to the Embassy in DC and was told the photo's borders would make it against standard so my visa would need to be redone. I paid $100 to send a package overnight express, FedEx failed to delivery it until two business days later. The folks at Pronto told me they couldn't help, and that I would need to call FedEx directly. If I had wanted to deal with FedEx I would have gone to a FedEx Kinko in the first place and not paid Pronto's mark up! I'm all for supporting small local businesses (and paying a bit more than if I were to go to a large multinational), but they need to make it worth my while by offering better and more personalized customer service.
