Went to drop off some Amazon returns and was told by the employee that she could only accept them if they were in an "approved shipping box." I brought the items back in the exact box Amazon shipped them in - something I've done many times without issue - so this was definitely strange. She then told me I'd need to buy a new box... to return something I was already returning? Why would I pay to do a return? Worst UPS store and employees. Went to return an Amazon package. Was told they couldn't take it because it was in the manufacturer packaging. Even though on the return it just says it needs to be in a box. Called Amazon they said they should take it back and sent an email to show them. The lady didn't believe it and made me call again to have them "give me the right information". The second phone call to Amazon the customer service agent the agent agrees with the first one and tells the ups employee she needs to take it back. She goes your wrong I need to talk to a supervisor. For what, 2 Amazon employees saying you need to take it back and you still don't believe them. The customer service agent goes I will have ups just pick up from your house. This place is a scam. Trying to sell me a $22 box. Never has an UPS store done this to me. Sent a package to Continental US middle of country, NOT a "corner." Sent on Monday morning 7/14. Watched employee #115403 print the label and affix it in front of me. Was told 3-5 business days by her and estimated Friday this week. Tracking shows the "shipper created the label at 6:44 pm on 7/14 that I watched them put on the package that morning, 6-7 hours earlier. That is libel. "Operating conditions" delay already. Apparently fraudulently falsifying label creation times and/or dates is an operating condition. Over $170 for this ship and service quality for 4"x4' tube with two (very light) fishing rods it, so a few lbs. Wouldn't have shipped if they have reasonably accurate info. read more

I come here often for shipping needs and to return Amazon items. The have ample parking and the staff are pretty quick getting through the line. I have had 1 amazon item that I returned marked as not returned through them, but that could have easily been an Amazon error and not a UPS error. I will continue to use them and see great value in proximity and much shorter lines than trying to use another shipping mode. read more

Have you ever been confused about how exactly to make returns these days? It's especially difficult to know what returns for different companies need. And you would think that the folks at UPS would be there to help, right? Not at this UPS. I arrived and there was no customers present, and yet MANNY treated me like I was ruining his day by coming in. I had 3 returns for 3 different places and I did my best to have them prepared before arriving. But I guess the made a mistake on one of the packages, and didn't have it perfectly prepared. Manny treated this like it was the biggest inconvenience he'd ever had. Huffing and puffing, and mumbling things under his breath, he finished my returns. I asked for a receipt and he rudely and ridiculously threw it down on the counter. OK. He certainly made me feel like I was not welcome in the store. I guess I'll go somewhere else, then. In fact, a block away is a FEDEX and everyone there is super nice. You don't deserve to be treated poorly for trying to make shipments. But I guess that's what you get when you come here and work with Manny. Never again. read more

My experience with this store has been limited to returning Amazon merchandise. In all visits, the staff are friendly, helpful, and super efficient. Yesterday, I stopped by late in the afternoon and encountered a long line of people. I was hesitant to stay, but decided to wait a few minutes to see how fast the line moved. Came in today, guy working there had attitude, no smile, wanted me to pack my own stuff, wanted me to tape the box, wanted to charge me to tape the box. The Sunnyvale store does all that for me and they smile. If the owner sees this, do yourself a favor and either hire ppl that want to be there or hire ppl that at can at least fake it. UPS Store 5144 Annandale VA I pad $85 for a 1lb box overnight delivery to NC 1/31/23 was the date it should've been delivered it was for my 7 year old grand daughter her mom has cancer..the box was late one day!!!! I've called the store 7 times since 1/31 I was told each time waiting on UPS ..turns out today that I'm told because I went there that I'm not getting a refund it doesn't qualify WTF it qualified for you to grab $85 out of my purse. About 8 years ago I had packages opened and items taken out and replaced with Dollar Store items. I also paid $100 for overnight to CA arrival Christmas Day didn't happen!!! Very poor customer service. Male staff is rude. When I walked in close to closing (they close at 6:30pm) he gave a sigh and stared at me. He said he couldn't mail it out since the systems are closed. They closed their systems 15 minutes before closing. So then update your hours to 6:15pm and don't be rude when customers come in between 6:15-6:30pm expecting a service. This is not the first time I experienced rude service at this location, but this was the final time I will be going there. Save your sanity and go to the FedEx that is on the next block. They are open until 8 and have better customer service. read more

Hello, If you are looking for a place to mail your items, Notary, Life Scan, laminating and many more things but you want to make sure you are secure and sure the place will do an excellent job, Then this is the place for you. I am a small business and a Stay at House Mom so I am always joggling many things and of course I want to find a place that can give me great service and a place I do not have to worry about my business. I ship boxes every week and sometimes I run in and they help me and I really appreciate it. I have a baby and my son sometimes both with me while carrying packages. They always run and help me. This locations has help me so far in LiveScan, Notary, laminating, shipping and looking forward for more. Very poor customer service. Will be avoiding this store going forward. I had a return with a prepaid return label digitally on my phone. All the manager had to do was scan it and print it out. My printer at home was broken, so asked him for this tiny favor. He insisted I had to rent his store computer for $3 and then I could print out the label myself and pay the additional fee for the printout. Ridiculous! It would have taken him 2 seconds to scan and print for me and would have cost him nothing! Kudos to FedEx just one block away who have good customer service and are very helpful that way. Horrific service! Keeiran , the store manager is rude! Dismissive while interfacing with clients. UPS/ Keeiran lost my international package sent during the holidays. It's been 2 months and they haven't even called to give me an update or a refund spent to send the package --I painstakingly wrapped these gifts for my nieces and nephews--sent the items out for $1,000.00 plus to arrive on time. Needless to say, the package never made it to its international destination. Unprofessional and inattentive! Save your money and go to a different store!! The person who said he was the owner refused to fill the I-9 Section 2 form. Is that even legal? My company recommended a bunch of UPS and non-UPS stores. The store down the road took care of my I-9 in less than 10 minutes. I hate to leave negative reviews because they are consequential for businesses. Go to literally any other UPS store other than this one. Just needed to ship something with a pre-printed label and the guy gave me the worst attitude, saying that my package wasn't ready to go when I just needed one strip of tape. Never been to a UPS store where they didn't help me seal my package and basically refused me service unless I bought a roll of tape, though I needed just one piece. Came in on 4/30/23 at 1 PM so hope this dude's manager can call him out on his BS read more
