    Customer service man and woman who was extremely rude.

    1 Star - Never Again If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was by far the worst UPS Store experience I've ever had. My husband, baby, and I came in to return Amazon packages and from the moment we walked in, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The woman behind the counter refused to help us purchase the correct box, repeating over and over "No, you can't buy that box, it's for moving," without offering a solution. When my husband asked what we could buy, she just said, "I can't help you." She was also nearly yelling at another customer named Shanna, who calmly explained she had just spoken with UPS customer service about her return. Instead of listening, the woman kept raising her voice and saying "No, you can't do this." When I stepped in to defend Shanna, I said, "Yes, it's my business to jump in when you're disrespecting another customer and I'm trying to help them out." The man in the photo (her husband) butted in, telling me "It's not your business because this isn't your business." From there, things only got worse. He repeatedly cut me off, talked down to me like I was stupid, waved his hands in my face, and when my husband told him not to speak to me like that, he escalated further -- saying "I can fight you." This was in front of our baby. Completely unprofessional and threatening behavior. As we left, the woman slammed the door shut on us while I was carrying my baby, and then the man aggressively swung it back open, shouting that they were still open (even though it was 4:25 -- five minutes before closing). On top of everything, they were taking personal phone calls during this chaos, talking about being "late" to family plans, instead of focusing on customers. This wasn't just bad service -- it was hostile, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. UPS should seriously review the conduct of the employees/owners at this location. I will never return here again, and I warn others to avoid this store at all costs.

    They are so rude and their words is so terrible. I swear to the god that I do not use this service anymore. Poor customer service.

    This places doesn't give good customer service. Rude and very disrespectful. They need to loosen up and be nice to people.

    NEVER ship with Navis pack and ship of Kent Washington they are completely incompetent-…read more And their franchise owners STEVE MAGGIED AND LAURIE MAGGIED GILLEN and employees are the absolute WORST. Actually they misrepresent their franchise so deceitfully I consider them criminal. We entrusted these people(since their webpage heavily emphasized they know how to deal with precious ART) with a 1990 RARE Dale CHIHULY 3-piece glass Pheasant Macchia sculpture, one of only two ever made, worth $50,000.00. AND THEY BROKE IT!! When they arrived to pack our belongings we stressed to them at that time the value of this art and they assured us this is what they are experts at. After they took possession of our items we needed shipped to California we heard nothing from them for 3-4 weeks despite calling them multiple times just like the other victims who left devastating reviews on yelp about them breaking their treasures. We now know from the other terrible reviews they were stalling because they destroyed our precious art and were figuring out ways to deceive us and avoid responsiblity. Our experience is exactly the same as the other terrible yep reviews if not worse. Our Chihuly left our home in excellent condition (we have pictures the day of) and they BROKE IT and did not have the decency to tell us. Instead after 3rd to 4th week of us calling them over and over on where is our property they made us pay in full and then finally shipped our belongings. Our 3 piece Chihuly came in 3 separate crates which we delicately filmed and photographed as we opened up as the gross delay made us very suspicious. The 2 smaller bowls were intact but the main base bowl was broken in 3 pieces and each broken piece was wrapped separately in bubble paper and we have the pictures and video of us unwrapping our destroyed CHIHULY to prove unquestionably NAVIS of KENT and STEVE AND LAURIE MAGGIED GILLEN broke it. We also have witnesses to it. Our family finds it unconscionable that we entrusted our valuable property to Navis Pack and Ship, they destroyed our property and then just ignore it, pretended it didn't happen and blew us off. When we called upon unwrapping the first broken chard LAURIE MAGGIED GILLEN told us it was not insured and they wanted pictures to see if they would "open up a claim." I called back asking for a copy of our contract paperwork and it was never sent. LAURIE told me they only had very little paperwork like the shipping manifest or some BS like that. NAVIS of Kent has no business advertising they know how to handle fine art, insure it, take responsibility for it or provide any form of legitimate moving service of such precious items. Their website is completely FALSE ADVERTISING and they are liars and deceitful. It has taken us many weeks to have the leading expert in CHIHULY fine art to finally schedule us for an accurate appraisal of our Pheasant Macchia's worth and get all necessary documentation. STEVE AND LAURIE MAGGIED GILLEN and their franchise of NAVIS PACK AND SHIP destroyed a priceless family heirloom and a $50,000 dollar piece of Dale Chihuly irreplaceable art. We are SUING not only STEVE AND LAURIE MAGGIED GILLIAN but also the corporate parent company of NAVIS PACK AND SHIP as one of their franchises does FALSE ADVERTISING on their ability to ship fine art. We are disgusted, heartbroken and incensed by these irresponsible, incompetent and deceitful people. We are SUING for total loss of a Dale Chihuly glass sculpture, all legal and litigation expenses, appraisal costs and to get a full refund on the $6,000 they charged us to destroy our property we placed in their care. These people are despicable and have no business promoting themselves as fine art handlers. Never use this company.

    We used Navis Pack and Ship to transport our Native American art work. Navis Pack and Ship damaged…read morethe piece then would not ship it to us for almost an entire year. We asked the franchise owner to fix the item and ship it to us. They then asked us to sign a document limiting the damages to $50 dollars but still would not ship the item. Only when we filed a law suit against them did they fix and ship the art work. We had to seek a judgment against the Franchise Owner in order to recover the damaged value of our art work. I will not use Navis Pack and Ship ever again.
