    8/24/23 - I had an Amazon return to drop off and I was in the Prosper area for an appointment, so I…read moredropped it off around 11:00 am after I finished my errand. A nice young man accepted my return (a pkg of 2 phone chargers and cables) that I still had in the original product package and also the outer envelope it came in. He asked if I wanted the receipt- Of Course I do! Note to other customers dropping off an Amazon return - ALWAYS get the receipt that proves you dropped off the item. I usually am notified by text and email a few hours later that my return is underway and the credit will be back to my Amazon account shortly. I noticed that I didn't see anything later that day or the following day,.... When I checked the return status, it said that I would be issued a credit after the item was received back at Amazon. Ok, it's only for $17.45 so I waited. I checked and it showed that Amazon did receive the return but still no credit was issued. Finally 2 weeks after I sent it back, I contacted Amazon to talk to customer service. I wanted to know if it was Amazon or UPS causing the delay. I was assured that the delay for receiving the credit was on Amazon's end, not UPS. Later that evening the credit was finally issued to my account. I was glad to find out the delay was not UPS's fault.

I like this store and it was apart of my routine. I don't want them to leave but I guess they must. Plus many residents of Denton who live nearby would rather go there then the post office it's just easier. The SAD news is today we all got notes stating they will be closing because the animal clinic next door wants to buy them out and the owner of the buildings won't allow them to renew lease. So we'll all have to go to another location. Sad. I really, really love this place. It's very clean. They are super professional and you can count on them. I like this place Their last day is Oct. 31, 2015. So sad but.. they will be missed.

    Disappointing policy change that penalizes small resellers…read more I've used this pack-and-mail location regularly for my reselling business, typically dropping off 15-20 packages per week across multiple carriers. One of the main reasons I chose this location was convenience: they have pickups from all major vendors in one place and it's always been a pleasant experience up until recently. I print my own labels and pack my own items, which I'm fully aware they offer as paid services. However, doing that work myself is how I keep costs down for my business. Despite this, comments have been made in the past implying that by only using the drop-off service, I'm "not making them any money." As of January 1st, I was informed that if I drop off more than three packages, I'll be charged $2 per package just to drop them off. That means a quick, one-minute interaction to scan packages and provide a receipt now comes with a fee. I understand the economy is tough and businesses are trying to increase revenue. However, this policy feels especially frustrating when every other pack-and-mail store and all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) offer free drop-off, with USPS even providing free at-home pickup. This change feels less like a reasonable adjustment and more like being penalized for doing the work myself and using what was previously a free, basic service. While the cost itself may be small, it's the principle that matters. For those who rely on this location solely for high-volume drop-offs like I did, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I'll be doing in the new year.

    I was told my package was located at this particular FedEx location. When I arrived at the Prosper…read morelocation the only thing they told me was they did not have the package. I asked if they could help me locate it based on the tracking number they indicated they could not. When I tried to explain my situation the guy waiting on me kept indicating you need to call Customer Service as I was speaking. The manager Brea standing next to him, just shrugged her shoulders. Then I said I'm going to file a complaint and the guy indicated he doesn't care because it was his last day. Again, the manager just shrugged her shoulders. I asked the manager for the guys name and she refused to give it to me for the purpose of filing a complaint. I have never witnessed such pathetic Customer Service. I filed the formal complaint with FedEx.

The staff immediately helped me greeted me and resolves all my challenges. There were a couple of hiccups with sending an email and getting a response back from the FedEx service Center but the staff were outstanding. Receiving professional customer service and being treated as such was amazing when I was there. I want to give a big shout out to Bria who really went above and beyond to make sure my needs are taken care of. Thank you, FedEx!
