The woman at the counter was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. She didn't bother to properly read the form and incorrectly claimed it couldn't be notarized. When my husband politely corrected her, she snapped in a condescending tone, saying, "I can read that." This same form had been notarized elsewhere before, and when we went to a UPS on Main Street afterward, they notarized it immediately without any issues. This employee clearly lacks basic customer service skills. We will NEVER return to Zip It. Absolutely unacceptable behavior!
