Last Tuesday we we went here to send off a 16x20x1 picture to California. We thought we would let the employees measure it up and box it for us. After the first lady was almost done with the pricing, this other lady walks over and tells this employee that she forgot to measure some areas. After she was finished with those additional measurements she rings up the price that came up to over $100. Not only were we surprised, but the employee that was helping us first even looked surprised. Of course we declined and walked out. After taking it to another UPS store, the charge was just over $30 bucks. We will never go back to the Walnut location. They are obviously trying to take more from a transaction than what it's worth. read more

Brought a bike in to ship that they said would not be an issue and 2 grown adults at a UPS store couldn't figure out how to ship a 6' x 1' x 3' box. The older woman was instantly resistant when I walked in with the bike and acted she didn't want to mess with it. Even spoke with manager looking for excuses. The staff here have always been so nice and helpful! It's nice to got to a local business with engaged and friendly employees.

The store smelled musky!! The man was very rude. Prices were very high. I will stick with FedEx from now on they are much more professional.

This UPS store has poorly trained employees who like to argue even when they are wrong. My husband took a Apple Watch to them with a QR code that was supposed to be sent back to Verizon as a trade-in. They kept getting it wrong trying to send it back to Apple as a repair. Got a manager involved and she finally figured out it was supposed to go back to Verizon. Guess what was delivered to me last night? The Apple Watch. Can't even get something right when all the info is in front of their face. UPS is coming to pick this up and make it right, but that UPS store sucks. read more

The lady at the counter was so rude I will never be back to this location Dave was very nice but the old lady with short hair and glasses was the rudest as soon as I walked in she should be fired! I walked in and she asked very rudely why I wasn't wearing a mask like if it's mandatory to wear one out and I said well it's early in the morning I just came to print and she said ugh people are from another universe so disgusted and then another man came in with no mask and she was nice to him.
