I see a lot of old posts but I think that this location is under newer management..... the newer reviews are good and I know why. It is a busy store but they multi-task well, are knowledgeable and thorough plus their service is excellent. I needed them to pack my items securely and ship in one of their boxes and I had it insured therefore I had to pay more and was willing to do so. I wanted to be assured that my shipment would arrive in one piece. And it did .... I thought the crew at this store were all extra helpful, polite and efficient. read more

Weird things happening at this location. The website says they open at 8:30. I stopped at 9:50 and it was closed. Door locked, lights off, no employees in sight, no "back in 10 minutes" sign. Nothing. I knocked on the door. I peeked in a couple times. Nobody behind the desk. Nobody in the lobby. I left and called from the road. A man answered and said they had been open since 8:30 and that I should have knocked (I did). I asked to talk to a manager (yes, I Karened), and a lady got on the phone and claimed that they had been open since 8:30. I told her I just left there and she insisted they had been open. After repeatedly telling her that the doors were locked, she then claimed that they had been "testing the locks". Weird. I don't know why they were hiding in the back with the lights out and doors locked, but they should conduct their personal business during non-open hours or at least put a sign up. read more

Even though I'm using UPS for decades and don't remember any problem with their stores, earlier today, Nov.18th, I was charged for..."Fragile" paper sticker. I only found this on Yelp when needing to dropoff packages when near Elkhorn at an auction site and my UPS store was farther away. It was difficult to find as it is facing the road and easy to miss when entering the entryway. The young man who greeted me was great and friendly. Easy in and out. As I recall the employee working the desk stated he refuses to answer the telephone as it rang multiple times demonstrating his lack of work ethic and inability to complete multiple tasks during his shift. Went in to drop off a large package on a Friday at 1:00. It was an amazon return so I needed to drop it off to get my refund. I had a QR code and it said to go to a ups. The ups told me "they were at capacity" when they saw the box. They told me to go to a different ups. If there were people behind me I don't think they would have said this. They just didn't want to deal with it. So now I'm driving around looking for another ups. I normally don't do poor Yelp reviews but was so disappointed. read more

So I came in 12/17 around 2:30pm with a few packages that contained perishable food and dry ice. Joeandre'w who was present was holding down the store single handed. There was already a line when I arrived and my particular order wasn't as simple as shipping. By that I mean it involved a change of plan on my end and having to confirm if overnight pick up was available on their end. All the while the line grew. He never lost his patience with anyone, gave his full attention and care to every client. I know he was under a lot of pressure and I just want to say thank you again to him for helping me get my package shipped out. I know my family will be excited to receive their pasteles this Christmas. read more

This store, lost my package and the manager was useless. I had a pre paid shipping label to deliver my package and the employees from this store stated I don't get a receipt for those kinds of deliveries. Although every customer should get a receipt. Well caught up between ups and the post office blaming each other for the mistake my package is lost and the 3 day shipping that I paid doesn't insure my package because ups never scan it or the post office. Do not trust this store! Besides They charge $2 dollars to tape your box, do yourself a favor, buy and take your own tape. Learn from my mistake and go to a different ups store! read more

Honestly, this UPS store sucks. The manager is a total a-hole. It used to be nice to go to and the customer service was great there, but now it isn't and I found out why, because of the management that's taken over. I'm not sure if they got a new one or if he just decided to be rude all of a sudden but I won't ever go here again. read more

I went to this UPS Store today to see about renting a mailbox and getting package delivery. I'm new to the area and have packages delivered often and wanted a secure place. The only employee was a short female with brown hair and (slavic) accent - just description since there was no name tag. When I walked in she acknowleged me. I told her what I was looking for and she bruskly said "that costs $45 for 3 months" .... "and that's for the small size". I said Ok, and then she said "also you have to pay $20 - 10 for key and ten for set-up fee" - I said Ok... she seemed like she was trying to talk me out of it, like I wouldn't want to pay the fees. Very strange. So I asked what the monthly fee was after the initial 3 month fee and she said "No, we don't do monthly - you have to pay for 3 months" .... at that point I told her I'd think about it. I don't care if it's $80 for 3 months - but I don't want to go in there and feel like the people are either a) annoyed by me or b) think I'm cheap or poor (not sure). I just wish they had good customer service because they are sooooooo close to my new place. Oh Well. Looks like I'll have to look near work. Hoping all the businesses around here aren't like that. Bottom line - don't go here unless you want to be treated like dirt. read more

This location is fast, small and conveniently on the way to work and home! I was shocked to feel that the a/c was not working today at noon and felt very sorry for the two clerks. Both were handling customers without fail, even the rude ones that were ahead of me. Really people, they are the middle man, there are different prices and times for processing notary and mail? One of my Amazon returns, found out was only free at kohl's. Which is what I hit by default. I politely obliged and said, " I guess I'll be headed to kohl's after this." I had forgotten my mask and made one out of napkins and stretched out elastic, so I could walk in. I asked employee if I could have a real ppe and she went above and beyond by giving me a disposable one. Big thank you because my makeshift mask was not going to last another stop. I'm really surprised she didn't laugh at me, lol! It was getting so hot in there!! I wanted to leave less stars for facility issues but the pleasant attitude of the left register clerk with the short curly black hair really made me take the time to post this review. read more

The two people that run this place are awful and whoever runs this franchise should have a standard on how the people who work here should act toward customers. So unfriendly and not helpful. When I asked for the tracking info to be emailed to me they told me "no, we can't do that. We didn't collect that information at the right time" I definitely won't be back to this location. I don't usually give 5 star reviews but I cannot think of one thing I would do to improve my experiences there. Staff is always cheerful and helpful and the have the best greeting cards on turning racks you can browse. I have taken multiple Amazon returns there and they do everything for me. When requesting to return something I just choose the option to drop off at a UPS store and receive an email with a barcode. I take the item in, they scan the barcode and then print the label for me and off it goes. As soon as this is completed I will get the refund posted to my account. Amazon does not wait until they receive the item back. If it is in the UPS stores possession, that is considered received by Amazon. read more
