I mail from here, receive packages here rather than chance having them left at my door, fax here, get important papers notarized here.... they do everything. I'm not someone who writes reviews often, but my experience at the UPS Store at 2313 Lockhill Selma in San Antonio was such a standout that I felt compelled to share. Anna Stamps, the owner and operator, went above and beyond to deliver a level of customer care that's increasingly rare these days. I had stopped in for a simple passport photo, and despite the store actively transitioning to a new location--with things not yet fully set up--Anna made it happen with patience, professionalism, and care. She took the time to get the photo just right, emailed me a digital version, and provided the printed copy on the spot. What truly impressed me, though, came after the visit. When I got home, I ran into an issue with the photo and reached out by email. Within minutes, Anna responded warmly, offering a reshoot or a refund. And then she went a step further--she personally edited the original photo and sent me updated versions that worked perfectly. Problem solved, task checked off, and all thanks to her responsiveness and genuine effort. For something as small and routine as a passport photo, the level of service I received was exceptional. It's a clear reflection of how this store is run--with integrity, care, and a real investment in the customer experience. I'll definitely keep this UPS Store in mind for both personal and business needs going forward. I have NEVER seen a store of this type with so many smiling faces (actually all of them). So refreshing to do the least favorite thing on anyone's list: returns and everyone is there for you...in a sense. I walked in a rush, like always and they soothed the pain, literally. lastly, the owner Anna even made a 'sales pitch' by reminding me if I needed anything else such as markers, labels, envelopes, or tapes. After moving to San Antonio, I've needed to take care of a few faxing and printing needs. I've gone to this location a few times and each time I've gone, the employees have been nothing but nice and knowledgable. I've asked a couple questions that I found right after I asked could have been answered if I looked right behind the employee, but instead of making me feel stupid for asking they were nice and professional enough to answer my questions. Whenever, I went in the employees here helped out quickly and proficiently (even though there was a time where a lot of people come in and asked different questions...seemingly all at once). I was able to have my needs taken care of and got going to do what I needed to do. Overall, I would recommend coming to this location because it's organized, clean and have some of the nicest employees. read more

The older foreign lady named Anna Stamps that runs this location is full of it. She practically lied. I attempted to return my package to Amazon with them and because a different location was listed she wouldn't scan for my label. I've gone there many times doing the same before there and other locations without an issue. For some reason this lady wasn't haven't it. I've always been respectful and kind. So I did change the location and emailed a copy of the label to them as I've done before as well. The lady then wanted to charge me $2.80 for simply doing that all of a sudden. Lol. I've never been charged for processing a return with amazon. Dishonesty and running a business doesn't fly here in the United States. And she knew it was wrong because she hid in the back and had one of the nice young ladies come up and do her unethical practice for her. Wrong! Wrong! So wrong! read more

The best UPS Store ever! The owner Anna is amazing and dependable. Anna goes above and beyond the call of duty . The other ladies that work at the store (Sarah, Cylie, Naytalia) have amazing customer service, they are always ready to help with a smile and are so sweet to explain things and help when I come in with a difficult task. I never go anywhere else. I will drive 45 mins to just come to this location. You can't find better people or work! read more

This was the first time having my package delivered to UPS in order to avoid my packages being stolen. I wasn't going to be in town and wanted to make sure that my package would be safe if it arrived earlier than I expected. Well it did arrive early so I thought it was great that I decided to have it delivered to UPS until this morning. My package was delivered and I was told it wasn't. I gave my tracking number and also showed the notification of it being delivered at a specific time. After trying to figure out what happened I was told an associate signed it out to someone else and that person who took the package was contacted only because she is a well known costumer who was easy to contact because she has a P.O. Box with UPS. I thought it was weird that their customer didn't bother to return it instead waited for someone to track the missing package down. I was told they would call me to let me know the package was returned but again I was let down and did not receive any feedback...Now I have to wait and hope my package will be either refunded by UPS or safely returned to me. If it doesn't get returned I'm not sure what the process is, if any in order to get my money back if not my package. read more

I am placing this review in response to one that was recently placed in regard to an Amazon return by someone named Dan. To give someone a one star review and make accusations is just wrong. Anna Stamps has always given the best in service and her integrity is beyond reproach. I hope that you give Anna an opportunity to work with you and explain the Amazon return process the way she did for me. Amazon gives as many as four different options for returning items and it is very easy to select the wrong one. There are 2 different ways that The UPS Store can not help you at all if you mistakenly select them. I would suggest that you read the return instructions completely and thoroughly before posting a review that can hurt a small business' reputation and possibly their livelihood. I made a similar error when attempting to do a return and mistakenly selected the Kohl's option. Since I hate Kohl's I asked Anna is she would help me. She patiently walked me through the process of cancelling my return and re-doing it so I could return it there and not have to drive across town. Ever since, I won't go anywhere else. read more

Since my family moved to SA from the other state eight months ago, I've been coming to the UPS location on Lockhill Selma frequently. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! On September 5th they helped me to ship an enormous golf bag. I've never done it before and was a little (a lot:)) annoyed with my husband who wanted to ship the bag instead of taking it with him on the plane. Well, Anna was extremely nice and patient with me, she walked me through the whole process and took the stress away. It was much easier than I expected. Thank you, Anna!!!
