A package I sent through them languished in Spring Branch for four days before they picked it up. It then took a week to get to Houston. A week! I could have walked 199 miles in a week. After that the package simply disappeared. After another week of seeing the same lack of progress on their website I contacted customer service. They told me they couldn't track it because it had been "too long." They delayed the package and then lost it, but couldn't track it because their system took too long to do anything with it. I use USPS exclusively unless a shipper insists on using UPS or FedEx. If I really need the item I acquiesce. From now on I think I'll stick with USPS as they have proven to be very dependable.

I emailed him all the specifics he asked for, including the logo to print. He never returned my email, never quoted me a price and never got in touch with me again. If you need printing done, avoid this place. They don't seem to care about gaining new customers or fulfilling orders.

Clearly, she doesn't know what she's talking about. If the first thing she said was not a process we had to go through.
