First off I need to say, the staff here is incredible. Everyone I have encountered has provided excellent customer service and service recovery. I have now had two packages lost within one year. And 1x Amazon return in which they never received my return. I have had to file two claims. I'm not concerned about the cost as I did get a nominal reimbursement. I just can no longer trust UPS for any packages. Once the package leaves the site there is no guarantee that it will get where it's supposed to go. I will be exploring FEDEX or another entity moving forward. *And for the record to follow up, I wrote TWICE to customerrelations@ups.com and no one ever from UPS followed up or responded to my email.* read more

I tend to come to this UPS store when the driver doesn't pick up at work and I need to drop off a package or I've needed notary service. Regardless of the reason, the employees are always very friendly and welcoming. They try to keep the lines moving as quickly as possible. I think the longest wait I've ever had is about 5 minutes. I've had notary services done here a couple of times and the gentleman who handles it is always fantastic. This is definitely become my favorite UPS store. read more

I've been using this store for years and I'm never disappointed. PROs: The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked up well. The employees are always courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I enjoy working with Ms Mary on all kinds of services. This store offers lots of options. They have a notary on site as well that I've used before. They recently added a kiosk machine, so use that option if you just need to scan in a package. I visit the store multiple times a week usually and I've never been able to not do what I needed to do. Prices here are competitive with similar services in the area. It's cheaper to print your labels at home and have them scanned in here though. CONs: Parking can be a little challenging in the afternoons as well as lines during the holidays but that's everywhere you go so have some patience planned upon arrival. read more

Several sites online say they close at 6pm. That's perfect for people like me who get off at 5pm and need to mail out a package. But, when you get there at 5:15 pm and a big sign that says "Due to COVID we close at 5:00" Are we really still doing that UPS Store?? There were two other people walking up to the door, in the same disbelief as me. I'm sure they were there to spend money like me, and not there to just window shop. Apparently this UPS franchise owner is independently wealthy and doesn't need to stay open all day. I had to return my iphone in a cardboard box via UPS because I bought a newer model. I went to UPS store #4357 at 10601 Terrasanta Blvd. The owner's name is Mary. I really appreciated that the UPS store provided a drop off package service to me free of charge, when I know it cost the business money to generate that receipt, print it, and pull an associate from tasks that generate income. I live around the corner from this UPS store and have came here plenty. But for some reason today the customer service I got from Jane was uncalled for. She huffed and rolled her eyes at me when I came in to return a package to Nike. I spoke with Nike this morning and they told me just to go to UPS and they will scan the return label in my email and print it for me well when I can mentioned this to Jane that's when she huffed and rolled her eyes at me, and said we do not do that. There's a public computers you can use them, I looked at her and apologized and told her that is what I was informed from Nike. We don't do that again there's public computers you can use them is what she continue to tell me. There's no need to be rude or short or roll your eyes at somebody or huff at them. if you don't like your job or like interacting with customers, you should not work with customers. I understand people probably have had this same question or same incident happen more than once, so maybe you're offended or irritated that is not my problem it was very disrespectful. I usually come to this UPS to return or exchange Amazon purchases. And when I come I have several bags of things. Jayne is always very professional, nice, approachable, proficient, patient, takes her time, and pleasant to deal with when I am making my transactions. She never rushes me or becomes upset that I have too many items. She always greets me and other customers immediately when we walk into the UPS Store, as does the other employees. I would stay away from this store if possible. their markup and prices are outrageous. I went there to ship a package already in a box but needed a bigger box to put it into and ship it to Denver Colorado. They asked if I wanted peanuts and I said sure until I found out they were going to charge me $7 to $10 just for that I told them to forget it. Then the cost of the box alone was $15 and shipping was $27 for a total of $42. It wasn't even that big of a box. Totally outrageous. From now on I will go through USPS. read more
