Needed copies made. Yelped places close to me. Completely…read moreforgot this location was here due to PTSD from being overoverOVERcharged for shipping a few years back, which ended my patronage. Read all the Yelp reviews. I was immediately discouraged due to the abysmally low star rating. ARGH. Guess I'll have to drive out of the area. But I was in a time crunch. Needed copies ASAP. So I bit the bullet. Hoped for the best. PRAYED for it, tbh. Lo and behold: I walk in & was immediately greeted by a friendly employee ready to help. My copies were made quickly. Service with a smile. I mentioned how I'd stopped patronizing the location due to piss poor service received previously. The employees apologized, informing me that was the previous owner & how they were committed to turning the shop's reputation around. Judging by the service I received, they did JUST that. If ever I need any of the services they provide, like Schwarzenegger once said: I'll Be BOCK.

Had the QR code, took it in, UPS worker said it needed to be broken down and boxed up (Amazon said it didn't because the pieces lock in place). UPS worker (a guy) said it could be wrapped up in a bag. My caregiver went and purchased furniture wrap and duct tape to return it. Took it back, they refused it "due to dimensions." "We don't take something that large wrapped up in a bag." This from the same individual who had said "Put it in a bag" just 40 minutes before. Called Amazon, they said the individual at this UPS Store should have accepted the return. Now Amazon has arranged to have the same item picked up at my home. I'm on a very limited budget and spent $23.88 to wrap it up as requested. Now get to wait for UPS to come get it from my home and I'm out almost $25. Never previously had a problem with this store. Always used them. But if the UPS Store person is not going to accept a package though Amazon explained how to return it and the very same person re-explained how to return it, and then would not accept the package as wrapped for return--as explained because they "don't accept anything those dimensions unless it's in a box" they should have called Amazon about it! They should have said from the very beginning, we won't accept this wrapped up in a plastic furniture bag. My caregiver said she'll never use this store again.

Despite being extra busy with over nine+ customers, my transaction returning large Amazon Package was deftly handled. Quality: -Remains beyond reproach- use of limited space is organized, never appears crowded. Value: Although their services are invaluable feeling accomplished & relieved is priceless. Highly recommend this UPS Store & Staff

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.
