You know that feeling when you go to a place that's usually packed, but when you walk in, you're the only one there? That was me walking into this UPS Store and I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, that feeling was short-lived. There were about five employees there, and the overall vibe felt very nonchalant, almost like, "ugh, there's someone here now." I want to start out by saying that I could not have packed them any better. All deadspace in the box was full and occupied with packing peanuts and paper. I have sent out 8 of these to buyers on eBay, and so far all of them have been late shipments, and the few that were delivered at all arrived broken, and I have 8 thankfully understanding customers requesting refunds. read more

Well Having to have to send something back and I had to use The UPS Store to send back the product I ordered and it was quick and easy . This location is located in the same Shopping Center as the Vons and CVS Pharmacy on Balboa Ave . There are lots of parking and The UPS Store Ships Packages and It does do Notary also !! As I walked in it was quick I just Dropped off my package and got a receipt . It was pretty fast service and I can see myself coming back if I happen to have to drop off anymore packages !! Overall it was good Service and If you need any packages drop off I suggest you give them a look !!! read more

When I tried to follow up, the store owner claimed they were on vacation and refused to check the cameras or provide any real help. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unwilling to take responsibility. If you don't want to risk your shipment being lost or stolen, avoid this location. read more

I currently use their PO box service so this is where I get some mail and also get some packages shipped too. Service is usually good and when they are busy and there's a line it usually goes by quick. The customer service is always up to par and never have any issues with any of their customer service Representatives they are always polite. read more

Alex is the best ! She's helping me return two amazon items as well as a friends ATT equipment . I've never met a more friendly or helpful associate ever ! Marco the manager was also so friendly . Location is by vons , shabumi, and jersey mikes . They have copy machines , mail boxes , packing stuff , computer , and even a small kids playing area . They also have a few notaries here too (Alex and nick)! But forget all that because the staff is what makes this location awesome . Will for sure be back !! read more

I live in the neighborhood and am here pretty consistently for my Amazon returns :) I have never experienced anything less than a stellar interaction from the courteous, professional, and highly efficient employees here. They are fast-moving but always pleasant, which are two things usually not synonymous in the workplace. When it gets backed up because it's busy, they always assure the people waiting in line that they'll be right with them and thank them for waiting. The manager Jesus broke into my transaction and took over the computer to do his own thing. I spoke up about it which he didn't like. He then started lecturing me about sharing. Also, I forgot to put a mask on before entering and someone (I presume to be the manager) made it a point to interrupt his employee who was assisting me to passive aggressively ask me to put one on. I understand the necessity of protecting one's business from potential fines, but there are polite ways of making such a request. Minutes later, the customer he was helping next to me was scolding him for having been rude to her, as he acted entirely unreceptive to her criticisms. Total antisocial creep.
