Every time I need to make a shipment they are fast, courteous and helpful - even making sure my package is taped correctly. Had a problem recentiy with a return shipping label. I called, live person answered quickly and told me what to do. Brought the package in and I was done in 2 minutes. David, your store is THE BEST!! read more

This UPS Store generally has great service and services. Sometimes, however, the staff is a little short on courtesy and friendliness. The Gen Z "stare" can be found there today. I should add that there was only one other customer in the store at that time. And he was warmly greeted by a male employee. History: I hadn't visited this UPS in months. it had been an unfriendly place for a long time, then perhaps there was a turnover in their staff and they became very service oriented and polite. I just had an exceptional customer service experience with the young man at this store. I was returning a WiFi router. He was incredibly friendly and helpful in working with me through this process. When the transaction was done he was again incredibly courteous and provide me with my paperwork. A second paper was missed. He ran after me and hand delivered it to me in my car before I could leave. It's that extra effort that left an impression on top of already great service. I frequent this store on a semi-regular basis and their staff is regularly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. read more

This UPS store is fantastic, my whole family lives in the Bay Area and I'm always shipping things home to them several times a year. Every time I've come into this UPS store everyone who works there is so welcoming and helpful. It's always very busy but I've never had to wait long at all, they are so efficient and everyone knows what they are doing. I think it might be ran by one family because it's always the same people and they are always so kind. My father only worked one job my whole childhood and it was for UPS, he was a long haul driver. So I have the upmost respect for this company and truly feel like everyone working in this store upholds the values of UPS. Seriously this place needs more recognition. read more

Really fast ! Guy was super nice too and helpful . Had a amazon return and was in and out in a minute ! He also said they take USPS items but can't give receipts . Still a super cool option but we still went to the USPS down street . This location is by Boto sushi and Dairy Queen . Plenty of parking today . Would return if in area ! read more

I head to this UPS location every time I need to ship something (especially around the holidays) and it is the most convenient location to drop off my Amazon returns. The employees are always so friendly and full of smiles. Even when the line is long the wait is never that long. Find a parking space in the already busy lot takes longer than sending my packages off. The store also has essentials needed for shipping like packing tape and packages, etc. Convenient location and great people. read more

This was my first time at this location and I just like all the other reviews- extremely rude and disrespectful staff for no reason. They that will make comments just when you have a question (David Lee in particular was very so rude and condescending lol). I don't know what kind of day he was having to make snarky comments so fast, but it was definitely unnecessary to start. I will never understand why it is so hard for some people to be nice. They make returns an unpleasant experience here. I've never had an issue anywhere else and will just stick to going to other locations. read more

I had a pretty disappointing experience today at this UPS location. I had a package to return that was in a box where the lid was not taped. I was told kindly by the staff member that in order for them to accept the return I had to tape the lid of the box. I asked if they could tape it for me in which she said no. She did provide a solution which was for me to purchase tape from them and then tape the lid for my return to be acceptable. Long story short, I didn't need more tape as I have plenty at home. The employee charged me $2 to tape my box lid shut so the return could be accepted. Lesson to be learned: 1. Tape your boxes shut before you return or 2. Visit other locations that are more accommodating to customer service. read more

This store has always been helpful with shipments and Amazon returns! The employees seem knowledgeable and focused. Sometimes there will only be 1 cashier and a pretty long line but nothing I can't handle. My only complaint about that is that sometimes it seems like they're lacking a sense of urgency when that line is growing. Another thing I've noticed is that when I ask if they can tape up my package they say yes but that it will be done later & they place a shipping label on top. The package gets pushed to the side so they can continue with the line. I mean I understand but it makes me nervous. Like what if someone were to take something out of my box or mix up the labels since they have so many behind the counter. Granted I haven't had any issues but just something I've been concerned about here. read more

I've always received terrible service at this location, even been asked to pay $2.00 instead of the standard $1.00 for a shipping label. Greedy and rude owners, and staff. Stay away. Puzzled by the low rated reviews, but they seem to have a pattern. People who expect their boxes to be prepared for them. I shipped several items through here without a hiccup. Amazon or personally paid shipments, all handled with care. They don't greet people in line because they're busy serving the customers. Probably want them to pay attention to the inputs there typing in the computer. Why is everyone so soft these days? Anyway, they do a good job overall. Ensuring information is accurate, and I've had my Amazon boxes taped for me without any objections by the staff. read more

This location gets super busy! The line comes out the door and sometimes only 1 cashier to service all. A lot of customers come here for Amazon returns and sometimes come in not prepared (hence the long lines). Caution coming here if you're in a rush. read more

Avoid this ups store unless you like being gouged! Was out at Costco and thought I would drop my ups return out that way as well. Waited in line to hear them arguing with a lady about paying $2.00 for a photo copy of her license. My turn, I showed the return code to my Zappos box and the lady said I will charge you to print the label and also seal the box and for the size of the box. I left! Zappos returns says just drop the box with the code! Do it all the time. Perhaps this ups store needs to follow directions and they definitely could use a customer service class! My ups store in Del Mar is the best ever! They do not charge for printing Labels for returns, they are friendly and they move the line fast. Never going back to this UPS store! read more

I needed to return an Amazon item. I selected the UPS store drop off. The instructions said no box or label required. Just bring in the item and show them the code. The rude employee got mad that it wasn't packaged and taped. I was just following the instructions and got treated very disrespectfully for it. Employee was a b***h about it. Someone's never head the saying "the customer is always right". I've usually had a good experience here. Not anymore. I will stop giving them my business. read more
