    Needed a notary. They had one on site, it took 5 mins and was easy peasy. Busy place and was run like a well oiled machine. Well done.

Printing, shipping, copies, and fax (yes that is right I said you can send or receive a fax). I have been to make copies, self service and very easy. I have also been to send a fax for my daughters college education, odd but it is hard to find a fax machine nowadays and rare someone actually asks for verification via fax anymore I find. I have had fliers and posters printed, very easy... place your order online and prints are ready really fast (usually same day depending on the time of day you submit your order). Last visit I had to send something back via FEDEX Ground for return. Again, quick and easy I was in and out. The staff is always super helpful and very personable and friendly. Prices are reasonable for printing and copies as well. If you need it, chances are this Fedex location has it!

    Came to FedEx to just drop off a package. This FedEx is my go to, I got my Passport photo done here…read moreas well last year. One employee was busy with another customer, so a second person came and assisted me quickly and with a smile. I had a pre made shipping label so I was able to get scanned and my package attended to as I expected. Can't say it enough but this place is efficient and the employees are always ready to help when you have questions. I'll keep coming back here for the Shipping needs.

The employee kept apologizing to me but I said no need, it was my bad. Super nice. I hopped in the line up front for my package and the staff up there was equally as friendly and helpful. They had some great deals on print projects (a lot of cards being made it looked like). I don't have much need for office supplies nowadays but if and when I do I will go here for sure!

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Staples…read more I initially purchased a phone charger that proved to be defective upon first use. I returned to the store and, based on a recommendation from a store associate, exchanged it for a different charger. Unfortunately, the replacement charger was also defective. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was informed that I was beyond the 14-day return window and could only receive a store gift card. Given that this was already the second defective product, I found this policy unreasonable but agreed to proceed reluctantly. However, I was then told that I would only receive approximately half of the original purchase amount. I paid nearly $20 and was refunded only $9. This outcome is unacceptable. Retaining half the value of a product, especially when both the original and replacement items were defective, raises serious concerns about fairness and consumer protection. I have never encountered a return policy that penalizes customers in this manner when proof of purchase is clearly provided. Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received from the manager on duty. Her demeanor was dismissive and lacked the professionalism and care expected in a customer-facing role, particularly on a day such as Mother's Day when many customers are already managing busy schedules. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review and revise this policy, as it undermines customer trust and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality and service. I also recommend additional training for management staff to ensure that customer concerns are handled with the appropriate level of respect and professionalism. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
