My visit on 9/24/25: ----LOCATION---- - Located in a plaza that has a Safeway, 24/7 CVS, Wells Fargo and small restaurants. - Located to the left of Wells Fargo - Lately there has been mentally ill/homeless people loitering and walking around the parking lot. BE MINDFUL OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. I've witness a person verbally attacking a person minding their own business walking by them. - Plenty of parking but may need to park far due to Safeway's busy hours. ----CUSTOMER SERVICE---- - There were a few people a head of me in line, a worker was helping a customer with the copy machine and while that was going on... he helped me with a package that I needed scanned to be dropped off. - He was very kind and helpful to all the customers presently there - Another worker was helping a customer out with his mail ----COST/VALUE---- - I don't have anything to say regarding the cost of sending items/printing because every time I use UPS services, it's to ship out pre-paid labels that I did not purchase. ----REASONS FOR MY 5 STARS---- - The customer service that they have provided with Kindness & efficiency read more

Never had a bad experience with the staff or with my returns. Location is super convenient when it's partnered to take in Amazon returns. FYI - Parking can get packed right in front when the plaza is busy. But there should be plenty of other spots to choose from with a short walk. read more

It's been over two years since my bad experience last time, so I decided to give this location another try. I came to drop off packages and I can happily say that it seems like their staff has changed for the better! Service was fast, professional, and polite this time. I wish I got the staff's name so that I can give him a shout out since he was so efficient and had great customer service (he was a young Asian guy). Hi, this location has a very helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff however I have had two issues with damaged packaging and understand its not within policy to offer any type if goodwill solution other than not in policy for even a partial packaging refund depending on your shipping terms, etc.... One was a cracked monitor and the other was a damaged synthesizer. I think extra care needs to be considered before shipping these types of items anywhere, and just wanted to share this happened as an fyi. Dont get ur packages rerouted to this ups store or probably any because somehow someone was able to pick up my package that required a signature just 30 minutes after it was dropped off. This location in particular doesn't seem to check physical ID when picking up a packaged and anyone that knows the name and tracking number can pick up the packages simply by adding the name to their own id thru a picture app. I personally think it was an inside job because only the sender, the delivery company and myself should have access to the tracking number unless I'm mistaken and that's not the case. I genuinely thought that this would have been the most convenient and safest way of getting my package on time with ought waiting days or taking a day off from work but clearly it wasn't bc now I gotta wait a whole month to get this whole thing resolved. read more

Store will not take Amazon returns in manufacturer boxes, even when that is how Amazon chooses to ship them and says no where in the instructions you cannot do it this way. Tall large Asian man refusing, even though I have dropped boxes of exactly this way at this specific location with other workers. UPDATE: Drove down the road to UPS on 302 Toyon Ave, the workers took the box exactly as it was zero issues and extremely courteous. Save yourself the time and use the Toyon location. read more

Was on my way to the post office to drop off my package but was in the shopping center and saw the UPS store. The one by my house has a USPS drop off so I thought I'd ask if they had one. The young Asian guy who attended me was so rude and an idiot. I asked "Do you have a USPS drop off?" He said "let me see your package... that's with the post office" and turned around to go back to what he was doing. LOL like no sh!t. I mainly come here just to drop off my Amazon returns. The employees are nice and professional and make the whole process easy and fast. If there's ever a line it usually disappears quickly, rarely have I ever had to wait too long to get help. I really appreciate the staff's diligence and urgency. The gentleman in the glasses today was friendly as he helped me with my return. I wish I got his name to give him a shoutout. Pretty decent for the most part. I take most of my amazon's return here. Usually no issues. However recently I noticed an employee by the name of Lee working there. His customer service is trash. As I have observed, he would speak to customers in a condescending manner and would offer no help or value as an employee. He probably has some underlining issues to be that mad all the time and being stuck scanning bar codes all day is probably the highlight of his life. Anyways, be better Lee. We needed a county form notarized and this location had online appointments that made it easy. It wasn't the closest one to our home but it was the easiest to deal with. There is plenty of parking and once our turn was up, the notary made it easy and quick and even faxed the form in for us. The only downside was that our appointment was at 3 pm and we arrived at 2:53 or so. We were not served until 3:10 because the notary was helping someone else. That was a huge bummer because we had an appointment but otherwise, everything else went smoothly. read more

These guys are hard workers and put up with a bunch of crap from Amazon return customers . As long as you are looking closely at the QR , if it customer packed it should still be in a brown box to be shipped out. Packaging your item in its original manufacture box IS NOT customer packed. Read Amazon instructions closely! This usually applies to any battery, items need to be charged or really big items . It's needs an outer shipping box to protect the item inside during shipping . Don't hold up the line by arguing with them because they encounter this on a daily probably hourly basis. The people there are just doing their job. Regarding your reply. Your store services were absolutely NOT world class. I went to another store and they notarized no problem. I've never heard of what "type" of notary. Your person LOUDLY read the name of the form 3 times. I had to sit in the car and cry. I told him it was for my sons retirement plan and that he passed away. He didn't even say "sorry to hear that." One employee in particular (tall Asian guy) who is unfortunately always working is extremely rude, short, and matter of fact...no customer service skills whatsoever. Words of wisdom - always get a drop off receipt when dropping off packages with UPS (especially this store). If merchants provide returns in store, definitely go that route to bypass any shenanigans. Long story short, this UPS lost my return package. It was registered as dropped off in the system, but never left the store... seems like a magically fairy decided to pick my package out and send it to neverland... never to be seen again. Insult to injury is that UPS customer service and in-store employees took zero accountability. I literally had to talk to the merchant, who said I should talk to UPS corporate, who then basically said they could do nothing and go to the store of drop-off, where an employee who seemed super annoyed and agitated basically said "we can't do anything because you printed the label at home." Not very fun. Store employee basically went into defense mode - sounds like this might happen a lot here. At the end of the day I had to file a claim - sneakers disappeared into thin air. Learn from me - don't drop off your returns or trust high priced items to this store. read more

I've been a box holder here for almost 5 years and have always been happy with the service so when the guys at the front desk asked if I wanted to do a survey it was the least I could do! Based on my experiences at the Berryessa UPS. They have been fast, efficient and most times not crowded. It's also located in a convenient strip mall that has restaurants, a Safeway and CVS. It's a one-stop-shop for those in a hurry. read more

Upsells to get customer to pay for "shipping" boxes that they charge upwards of $20 for, even when product is in the original shipping package. I've encountered this twice, but only when the store manager is there. I've not had this problem in any other UPS store location. read more

This UPS location has a very bad customer service. Their attitude towards customers was so bad. My package was already packed, the only missing thing with my package, it was not put in together because there where 2 boxes. I tried to borrow some tape but they told me they need to charge my to tape my package. A little tape, and I need to get charged and buy the whole packaging tape. What a great customer service right, this store does not have the right frame of mind with customers specially to customers that always goes to their store. This was the first incident, my wife also had a bad experience with this store. Extremely rude behavior when I went to drop off my package today. He threw the package with his scanning gun after scanning the label. I was asking him a question and he ignored & called the next customer. Last week when I went to drop off the package, the label was not scanning and same employee (he is not asian), he refused to accept the package. This is not 1982 I can just called UPS myself and thank goodness I still have my drop off receipt so UPS compensated all my losses. This is just warning to other potential customers that your store has some serious theft issue. Your camera means nothing if you don't check on them, the theft occurred 12/20/21 right after your store closed, so if you really serious about checking your camera check on that date. read more

I really hate leaving this negative review. However, after many attempts to do business with this UPS Store, I give up. Customer service at best is not what you'd expect from a franchisee whom are expected to provide at least acceptable service as UPS HQ would require them to provide as they carry the UPS image. The smirk and quiet laugh I received from the two workers here because I tried to drop off a USPS package is unacceptable. There are other ways to handle customers without giving them that treatment. I only tried to drop off the said package simply because I'm already in the area and other UPS Stores are happy to accept USPS packages. I also avoided opening a mailbox here because of the bad reviews on Yelp. I needed notary services and booked an appointment online for myself and my mom. At this location, The customer service at this location was great.
