The bad thing is, we really do not have a lot of choices on sending boxes to the Philippines. They are kinda it. So we have to suck it up and just use them. We "shipped" our box first week of October. Thinking that is enough time to get the box before Christmas. Well, it's now Christmas and the freaking box is not delivered yet! But if you go to their site, they advertise 30-35 days delivery time! They lie! Lie! Lie! Like! I wonder if I can sue for false advertising?

Sad to say I been with this company for a long time. Thinking of finding a new one. And it's sad because I like there service here in the state's. So I sent out some boxes to my family in the Philippines. And to find out that some of the boxes has been open and some stuff is missing. Question is WHY? Why open the box when it's not yours!!! I'm just so angry and upset! Picture below: the box has been squeezed down it's because some stuff has been taken out. I know i packed all the boxes all the way to the top and it cannot be folded like that.

This review is for sending Balikbayan Boxes only. That is the only service I have used for them. I have been sending boxes through Atlas shippers for years. They do what they do best: get the box from point a to point b. This I have to hand it to them. They are solid on that promise. On the other hand, customer service is not their strength. The store itself is disorganized. The signs everywhere... all of them giving you a tidbit of information about rates, box sizes, schedule, etc. No easy lookup. Prior to my recent visit, as COVID restrictions are loosening up, I needed to buy a box and find out rates and schedule. I tried to call them on the phones posted on the website. But nobody answered. I tried for a couple of days. Just ringing, or even just disconnects. TIP: What I found effective is to use Facebook Messenger to chat with someone. I believe it goes to their corporate headquarters instead of this Milipitas location. There someone was able to confirm that the branch was open, I received information on rates and schedule. When I got to the store, I saw how busy the they were. All counters were operating and lines of people (with social distancing respected) were out the door. I think I can forgive them for not picking up the phone. I have to remember, we are still in a pandemic. I was there to only get a box but I lined up. Someone lady was cutting the line saying "I'm only here to get a box"... and all of a sudden, I felt like I'm back in Manila. Good thing the line was moving quickly and I got served and I left. So overall, the experience was par for the course. Not the most pleasant, not the most efficient... but I get to the goal. I am posting a few pictures here of the information it took me quite some effort to get. Hope it helps the next customer! -- The next stage is going to be to arrange pickup.I have not done this yet. I tried scheduling in the past but it was so unreliable I gave up and just dropped of my bag in the store. I'm not sure how this round will go.

This is the worst shippers company! They picked up my boxes on the 31 of December and they didn't dispatched not until January 30th (after a month). The ETA says at first on March 1 and it changed to Marching 15 and I'm not surprised if it's gonna change again! I contacted costumer service and all I can hear from them is they can't do nothing about it until it arrived to Philippines. Some of stuff probably already expired and about to expired and they never reply about that! The phone call customer and email is useless because they never answer!!! I just wasted my money sending my boxes to this company!!!

I normally don't review employees but he really went above and beyond. There were multiple people in line from purchasing. Amazon returns and passport pictures. For a "pro-level" printing hub, the experience consistently falls short of the mark. Here are the primary pain points that continue to stall my workflow: * Knowledge Gaps & Technical Friction: There is a significant disparity in the expertise of the staff. When you are paying for professional print services, you expect the team to understand paper weights, bleed margins, and finish types. Unfortunately, I often find myself explaining the basics of my own file requirements to staff who seem unfamiliar with their own equipment's capabilities. * Online Order Discrepancies: The online ordering system allows you to select specific dimensions and finishing options, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I've stood at an empty counter while multiple employees walked by, only to be told that no one else has the login or the training to simply hand over a completed order or check a status. The Bottom Line: If you have a simple, standard-sized document to print, you might be fine. But for anything involving custom dimensions, professional finishing, or a tight deadline, the lack of accountability and technical skill makes this location a gamble. Until they invest in better staff training and bridge the gap between their online promises and in-store execution, I'll be taking my business to a dedicated local print shop.
