This is a great store! We have done dozens of Amazon returns, made copies, faxed items as well as shipped items. (Granted, it was a Monday).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Guess what, the employee is incredibly good, worked two orders from scratch, did a quick print job, and then it was my turn. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were several people in front of me doing multiple and complicated Amazon return things. I quietly awaited my turn.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When my turn came up the gentleman (who is a new employee or at least someone I hadn't seen there before) said "you have to sit over there".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And I said OK but why do I have to sit over there? And he said I have to take care of these other customers first. I said I waited my turn why can't they? And he insisted that I had to sit over there and wait for him to take care of the other customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told him I'd make sure his manager knew and that I would get my passport photos and everything else somewhere else.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Really poor customer service. Located in a brand new plaza. We definitely need more UPS stores in this area, so I'm glad we have a newer one. The interior was clean and new, and the staff were friendly. Lines were fast moving. If I'm ever in the area, I'll come back. read more

I attempted to return an Amazon delivery this morning. The oversized medicine cabinet was placed back in the original box with all of it, Styrofoam, etc. Due to the size of the medicine cabinet, the box not only opened from the top, but one of the side flapped also opened. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I brought in the box, the women rudely said to me that she cannot apply tape to a broken down box.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I explained to her that the box was not broken down and open the box to show her the configuration of the flaps. This new sure on Ellsworth & Riggs just recently opened and I have utilize it a few times, mostly for Amazon returns. It looks like they do a lot of that based on what I've observed. The employees have been very accommodating and pleasant to work with, and the line typically moves very fast. This has been a great addition to the neighborhood. read more

Been here several times to ship items. Have always had a great experience until I needed them to print a 16x20. I requested it for it to be done by a certain day. Jimmy confirmed it would be done in time. I showed up to pick it up the day after they confirmed it would be ready by and it wasn't ready. I was told they didn't know about my order and that I would need to wait around until Jimmy got there to help me.... Needless to say I didn't have time to wait for my order that was suppose to be done a day ago. read more

I was happy to find they did passport photos. The staff was friendly. The store was clean and there was plenty of parking. They have a lot of services available other than just packaging and shipping. They have document shredding and notary service. I will definitely make this my go-to place! read more
