My son went to send out a package at this location and the moron working the front desk put the wrong recipient name after he had spelled it out to her, he also asked her to not add his name on the package, This girl assured him his name wouldn't come up and well guess what.. it sure did! if you can't follow a simple task like spelling go work somewhere else! this caused a HUGE inconvenience and we will NEVER use this UPS location. You guys are very lucky this package was found or else Hell would've been raised. read more

Worst customer service ever I hate this ups store the workers are so negatives can't seem to figure things out. I went to do some returns the other day & I swore I counted 9 but the receipt said 8 I wanted to make sure every thing was good before I left because Amazon would ask if I spoke to the employee that's why I went back to check so it can be a yes all I asked this rude arrogant man with glasses at 1pm was if I could recount my items. He said what for I explained very nicely I understand how the blue green red boxes work plus they weren't packaged yet to go I could see the items from where I was standing he said he can't do it and they can't back track it but the receipt gives us the tracking/reference he got mad gave me attitude the whole time and said step aside not please nothing I waited for the two customers to leave and he said I was wasting his time when no other customer was around I have seen Mike and Pat do it for others in the past with my own eyes nice managers unlike this employee he grabbed the box and through the items on the floor and wanted me to look through the items like an animal? Is this the customer service that is promised to us when ups is being promoted? I have never been treated this way by such a hateful man. I counted my items because I needed to know for Amazon and it matched that's all I wanted not some insane thing I am postpartum I just gave birth and I take pills this was such a toll on me on how angry I was I kept my cool instead of going off truth be told he doesn't care but what he did? I refuse to come back if this man is still working there. I did speak with a ups customer service worker (corporate) I have the number since I myself us to be an employee at the same store and they did file a report on this worker they even told me what I asked wasn't a bad thing if it was something out of someone else way they understand but didn't see me at fault except for the workers behavior. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I was informed last month that I could add someone to my PO Box over the phone. Today my friend went in to complete the request and was not only denied the request but was yelled at, interrupted and pretty much told that both myself and they were lying. This location doesn't know their own policies, doesn't pack well, and has horrible customer service. I was treated horribly on the phone by the manager Sam. I called and kindly asked for help pulling up a tracking number on a recent shipment (that had arrived broken because they had failed to pack it fragile like I had paid for). I was needing to file a claim on the shattered glass ornaments and he refused to help me. Completely refused. Told me that helping me would be like "finding a needle in a hay stack". I hung up. Called corporate, where they informed me that this was false. Any ups store would be able to pull my name up and find the tracking number of the shipment I was requesting. So I called back. He was extremely rude, laughed at me, told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and still refused to help me after I told him what corporate had said. I called corporate back and filed a complaint. They were shocked at his behavior and false claims. I have a business and ship items weekly. I will never go to this location again. Today I carried to heavy boxes into the store they were Amazon returns. They tall guy in his mid thirties was awful. He is condescending as I had problems sending the label to be printed. I struggled for 20 minutes before he offered to help! At this point, I was so frustrated that I took my boxes back to my vehicle and left ! I observed is demeanor and he complained about people bringing in the labels incorrectly to his coworkers. He brings is negative vibe and he seems he is angry and on edge . This apparently intimidates his coworkers! I have been to that store several times and have gotten good service. Also, my first to the store a young was very cordial and assisted me by carrying my package into the store. Today's service was lousy as this man's arrogance and condescending behavior leavs much to be desired when dealing with customers. He should quit if he doesn't like his job! (I had to have an appointment for the notary and passport photos due to covid staffing so make sure you call them before going there!) I have been here about 4 or 5 times and have never had a problem. I've taken back amazon items but I will say I always print out and tape up my boxes. If other people are mad about that print out your own label and tape it up. The guys here have always been friendly and pretty chill. They always say hi and they always ask how I'm doing. Not that they have to but they are polite. Always talk to them if they are not busy maybe i annoy them hahah but they offer mailbox service which is nice and can make copies. My mom went in a couple of days ago to get a few things printed and ask about a package and the young girl who helped her was amazing! She spoke Spanish and helped my mom with everything. She explained about her package and even gave her the number to call UPS customer service to find the exact location of her package. I went yesterday to pick up a package for my dad. I told the guy that I was an authorized person and the mailbox was in my dads name. I couldn't remember the mailbox my dads was as i hadn't been here a while. He told me that he felt uncomfortable giving me mail that was not mine. But I explained to him again that the mail was my dads and I had my ID with me if he wanted to see it. He told me to look up and i looked up. He said "great the camera just got your picture." And then he brings out the mail/packages. And all the packages have my name on them because I was an authorized person to pick up the packages as I had told him since the beginning. I generally reserve my Yelp reviews for restaurants but will take the time to write a review for other establishments if I receive excellent customer service. The folks at UPS store took care of me in a pinch so I felt the need to give credit where credit is due. For the first time in my life, I left a package at the airport and was lucky enough to have it arrive in the lost and found area. After multiple phone calls, messages and emails into the airport, I finally got an email response stating my item was indeed with them but my options were to pick it up or find another means to have it picked up and sent to my location, which was over 500 miles away. I decided to call the UPS store and within a few minutes they took down my information and told me to call tomorrow for shipping coordination once they were able to pick up my item. I called back the next day and Octavio remembered me from yesterday, took down my information and had my item shipped. I couldn't believe how easy the situation became once UPS was involved. First of all. I was never giving the option to be charged more to package it for me I would have been fine with that. It's not an issue with money don't don't get that confused. The issue here is the lack of customer service. Your employees didn't bother to give me option they just denied my return. Your team lacks customer service and people skills and yes they do look miserable there. After being denied a return that I was returning in the exact box that I received it. The least your team could've done is let me borrow the tape. I understand you don't provide tape, but as a customer service gesture that would have changed my perspective on your team. This proves that your team really doesn't have customer service whatsoever. If you can't afford to provide tape for your customers, let me know, and I will gladly provide you with some tape for your customers, letting someone borrow tape is the equivalent of McDonald's, handing out ketchup and napkins such a petty thing to dispute at your store. read more

I needed something notarized so I called before hand to make sure someone was there, my office is 5 minutes away, the guy answered saying yes, I said ok I will be there in 10 minutes... I get there and the lady tells me he just stepped out too lunch and I can't wait 30 minutes. I don't have 30 minutes to stand around. I told her he just told me he was here and she laughed saying he probably forgot you were coming. Every time I come here it's a great experience. Even if it gets busy, they are patient with the customers and are happy to help me when I get to the cash registers. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because he was not wearing a mask, not social distancing when I held up my cellphone to scan the code. He took my phone in his hands. Like I said, he was very nice, but I am 80 years old, I would appreciate having someone with a mask and not touching my phone, which then I had to hold and contaminate my keys, handbag, etc. I hope he is NOT a carrier otherwise he condemned me to death. read more

This is the only UPS store I go to, even if I live a few miles too far. The people here are friendly and efficient. The hours of operation are fantastic because they're open when I get off of work at 5pm. Parking directly in front of the store is small. I drive a two door and I almost tapped someone else's car with my door. Thankfully, I was able to squeeze my way through without having to open my car door all the way. There's plenty of parking though, not just in front of the store. read more

It is a shame Amazon works with these people for their returns. More often than not, the employees are incledibly rude and use profanity amongs each other when clients present. I have brought my returns to this specific location several ocations (because of their proximity to my office) and arrive in my office after lunch to find the packages I had sent to amazon back at my doorstep. My absolute FAVORITE UPS location!! Pat is truly an angel. I reluctantly walked into the location with 40 amazon returns (I know). I was in the store for almost an hour generating amazon return labels on my phone and witnessed how Pat took care of her customers and I was sufficiently impressed. She was super sweet, extremely helpful and SO patient. The way she managed to help every single customer - KINDLY and EFFICIENTLY - was unlike anything I've seen. I paid attention and heard every single interaction she had and seriously just fell in love with her energy and great spirit. I could be in the store all day. She turned a task so daunting (I mean, again, 40 amazon returns) to a very enjoyable one. The hour flew by so quick because of her. Definitely coming back to this location - always! Such a disgrace of customer service at this UPS location when it comes to notarized services. My parents came here yesterday 8/31 in the early afternoon, only to be belittled by a gentleman there, who lacked tact and professionalism, and also erroneously accused my bilingual parents of not speaking English. Frustrated by their poor service, my parents then proceeded to have their documents notarized at another UPS location 3843 S Bristol St) where customer serviced was the complete polar opposite: professional, thorough, and exceptional communication. This location's manager and HR should speak to their 3843 S Bristol manager to learn how to train employees accordingly, and should look into this case as I'm sure this may not be the first of this manner. Omar R. was very helpful! I never received a tracking number when I returned my 2 iPhone 7 Plus's (I don't know what I was thinking) but I was scared that they might of been stolen or lost! I went back into the UPS store to get a tracking number about 2 weeks later and Omar helped me track the package! After speaking with the store owner Mark, he made the claim tremendously easy to understand and assured me that everything would be ok. The process did take a bit over a month to complete so patience is a virtue young grasshopper. Also you actually have to go into the UPS Store to pick up the reimbursement check. And I am glad I did. After a face to face conversation with Mark, I could really tell his sincere appreciation for my business which meant a lot to me. He truly has the passion of a small business owner and made sure that I was taken care of. They actually won my business back. I have had my post box here basically since they opened. I love the friendly customer service I get here. They know my name and greet me every day when I come to get my mail. Pat and Mark are the owners/managers and they seem like really good people who understand that sometimes I am in a big hurry and they will grab my mail for me while they are helping someone with shipping out a package. I appreciate the efficiency - rather than making me wait in line while another customer is filling out a form for their package. I have had good experiences with all their staff too. I don't mail things too often but I am in there every day and I see that they package up all kinds of crazy oversized, odd, and fragile items for shipping. I run copies there, used the notary service and I am considering having them do a banner for my business. read more

I really love this location. It's really close to home and the staff here is really friendly. They've gotten some new upgrades which I'm really happy about. I came in on 3/10 to the store, I needed a few documents printed, but I really needed to make a editing changes. The young girl immediately told me I had two options. I can email it to the store or I can use the rental station. She explained the prices very throughly for both options. I went with the rental station. I took in 3 Christmas returns to be sent back with prepaid labels. I have never showed up to any UPS Store with my boxes taped up and labeled. They have always done it for me. This location charged me for tape. If I had 1 box they wouldn't have charged me, but because I had 3 they wanted to charge me more than the cost of an entire roll of packaging tape that they sell in their store! They ended up discounting it to $1.50 which won't break the bank, but it's the fact that no other location has ever charged me that really erks me. Also, though I am not paying to ship the returns, the company I am returning to is - via UPS. They should consider it part of that cost. read more

Update. This Ups store replied to my complaint and said their time was more important than making the customer happy. So I contacted amazon and now they have an option of getting your return label printed at Ups free of charge. I love amazon. They treat their customers special. Ups not so. Original :Att sent me a return label so I went in to ship it out and they said they charged $2.50 to print out the label. But when the ups guy picks it up they put the label on for free.
