I went in today (07/05/2025) trying to deliver a package for the first time using UPS services after realizing USPS was closed. I was a little scared to ask about their process since people at USPS are usually a little rude about shipping like making you dumb for asking questions you don't know the answer too. However I was greeted by Jack and Monica and they were really friendly. They even saved me some money because originally I was going to buy a big box to fit my item, however they found something cheaper that was still able to fit my item! This is very close to where I am and on days I feel ambitious, I would walk here to get my steps in! I'm not sure about the bad reviews here but, I mainly come here to return my Amazon orders and over the years, they have never failed me! Recently, we came on July 3rd, at 6:56pm, and they closed at 7pm. They were still opened and was able to scan and took my amazon return! Both of the workers pulled the metal bars already but since they were still officially opened, they were so nice and just helped me with my returns. Other times, all my orders with them had been pretty pleasant! Their staff were nice and friendly, took unwanted boxes or wrappers for me, and would help if they could. UPDATE: The UPS store on Bristol and 17th is not what it used to be. I miss the old staff. There is one particular young gentleman that just doesn't seem happy to be there. He is rude and not helpful. I get the feeling that he probably enjoys being that way and laughs about it when you walk out - he "assisted" me in three different occasions... I took two very well packaged boxes to ship across the us. The customer service person said I should put both of them together to make it one shipment. They assure me they would handle all of that. What arrived was one of the two boxes I had dropped off at this location. The manager was very helpful when I went in to get more information. She filed a claim for me with UPS and took down information regarding the shipment. UPS contacted me and asked for photos of the contents and the box. I sent every photo they requested including a photo of the weight of the box that arrived. I paid for 31 pounds to be shipped and only 17 pounds arrived. The one that arrived was not damaged but it was only half of the shipment. Even after repeated communications with UPS they have denied the claim saying nothing was damaged and therefore they would not be paying in the claim Advice - do not let this store package your shipments for you. UPS clearly will not assume any responsibility for this mistake on their part. read more

This store is impressive. I was in the area eating Taco bell and needed to print a few documents and buy some shipping items on my way out. Luckily, this was in the same complex and I was amazed at the level of customer service. There was a few people there and the line was somewhat long but the employees greeted me and told me they would be with me. I appreciate little things like this because they noticed me. Update replying to mark - my friend already called and left a message looking for you but hasn't heard back. My friend and her mom had a TERRIBLE experience at this UPS location. This rude and mean worker was such a b* to my friends mom! My friends mom went in and was being helped by this lady (picture attached) and as she was helping my friends mom another customer walked in and she completely stopped helping her and helped the other customer. When my friends mom asked her why and stated she wasn't done the worker laughed and said she could do whatever she wants. And she can leave if she wants. So my friends mom took her boxes and left. And this evil rude worker laughed and called my friends mom an asshole as she left!!!!! My friend then called the store to figure out what was going on and the worker basically cussed her out too and said she can help whoever she wants and doesn't want to deal with "old ugly ladies" she also was refusing to give her name. My friend ended up driving there and as soon as she walked in, the worker said "I already talked to your dumbass mom" without even knowing that she was the daughter. So my friend went and grabbed a business card and this rude worker said "go ahead and call. They're not going to do anything." So my friend took her picture then she said "don't take my picture you weird ass. " My friend and her mom are FILIPINO btw. And I'm not sure why they were treated this way when they just wanted to ship out some boxes. With everything going on in the world it's sad to see someone treating another POC like this and I would hope the manager at this location, MARK, do something about his worker. read more

This is the most horriblest UPS store I've ever been in. Sam the manager is so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He needs to be FIRED immediately. I went in today to ask a simple question and he came out all rude and started screaming at me just for asking a question. I then told him he shouldn't talk to a customer the way he was and he rolled his eyes at me and told me to leave. That he was busy and had no time to assist me. He then told me if I had a problem to leave the store. Again he's so unprofessional and needs to be fired or re trained cuz his customer service is HORRIBLE. I rarely ever write reviews, but I would like to give my 2 cents. Nirali was the young lady that helped me out. She was absolutely excellent. I was not having a good day and was having some difficulties with printing out some copies. Nirali was incredibly patient and kind, and waited for several minutes while I was searching through my phone for a file. Ultimately she was able to be flexible and patient with me (while still addressing some of the other customers that came into the store, going back and forth and checking in on me). I was ultimately able to get my 19 copies, went off to the post office and sent away my copies. Never once felt rushed or pressured. Highly recommend. read more
