One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle.
