Horrible. I'm a paying customer w a PO Box and the owner decided to no longer accept USPS shipping for my eBay business.

Had a package to be sent from Amarillo so far it's been over a week and still no package. They said they delivered package and sent a picture. I'm not sure where they sent the package but picture is very clearly not my house. Next time I will use fedex or usps. Very disappointed in ups read more

My husband went into this store about 2 weeks ago to mail an important appliance. The following week, he went to check the tracking # only to see it was unable to be located using the tracking #. He called and spoke with an agent who sounded like they would work to resolve the issue, only to find out today, nothing had been done at all. He tried the tracking # again and the store associate also tried and she was unable to locate the package. She then quickly asked my husband to contact their customer service 800 like and he requested to speak to a supervisor. The importance to my husband was disregarded & the manager came on the line claiming he'd submit a lost package report to begin an investigation but this treatment my husband received was unacceptable. The reps were dismissive & unreliable. I would not recommend this store if you need your important matters handled. read more

I have used this location for many years. The two most recent trips were to return textbooks via prepaid Amazon labels. Granted, there is no real skill involved... But the staff has always been friendly, and we never wait in line for very long. Suits my needs. read more

Typically the staff is super friendly- Vanessa helped me today and she was quick and efficient- dissatisfied with Michael (assistant manager) as he helped her with replacing printing paper, another staff member asked if they needed help to which Michael replied -"no-focus on the line" which would have made sense if he wasn't adding to the hold up when the helper offer came from a staff member not currently working a register.. Michael always comes off as short and rude any time I've been in- five stars for everyone else- minus one for the manager. read more

Terrible customer service specifically the young lady with glasses. I was returning cable equipment and was told to return to ups. She told me the label was for fed ex and to take it there. Seemed like she just didn't wanna work. and I asked if I could still return it without paying for the shipping. She immediately begin opening my boxes and took all the equipment out and was tossed them into a mailing box very aggressively. Then when she was done, I asked if she could dispose of the boxes for me and she said very rudely that she would prefer if I took them myself. I didn't mind disposing of them myself, she was just giving very unnecessary attitude. Im only giving 1 star because I didn't have to pay for shipping. But other than that if you need to mail something, FedEx is probably better or just a different UPS store but never use this one. read more

The man working on Tuesday March 23rd 2021 in the morning at 8 am has 0 customer service skills. He definitely did not want to be there. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I go here all the time to drop off packages to be returned or shipped, but today was different. I just finished nursing school and am studying for my board exam and needed a bunch of files printed and put in a spiral for easy reference. When I came in, Cassandra greeted me and let me know that someone would help me with spiraling but happily helped me with the items I needed to send and offered to keep my ticket open to make payment more convenient, which I declined because of a line behind me. Matt soon came and talked to me about what I needed and gave me a few options to choose from, and in less than 15 minutes, I was on my way with 3 spiral-bound notebooks of reference material to help me with my exam next week. I CANNOT express enough how helpful, gracious, and completely professional they were. I always have a good experience here, but today was exceptional! THANK YOU! read more

What a terrible experience. I went on the UPS website and used one of their business card templates to create a simple card to use for an event I was catering. I submitted the order and then received a series of frustrating calls from this store the following day. The person was kind, but very confusing. She kept telling me that the card was not printing properly and that I needed to recreate it in Publisher and email her the file. I tried to explain over and over that I did not create the file and simply used one of their templates online and therefore could not send a new file. She did not listen and constantly spoke over me. Finally, she attempted to print them and they looked terrible. When we picked them up we both acknowledged that they looked terrible and I once again confirmed with them that this was their fault as the template and images came from their website. They said they could fix it if they recreated it in store, but... wanted to charge me a fee to do so! Unbelievable! Needless to say, avoid this store. They have a manager that hangs in the back, putting their employees on the hook to face upset customers as they try and wring out another dime. It's incredibly poor business etiquette. I will not be back and will choose another store that actually wants to assist its customers vs. leaching every cent possible from them. read more

I stopped by here to laminate some posters and make some copies. Their laminating machine cannot laminate a standard size poster so save time and head to Office Max or Office Depot from the start because that's what they will end up suggesting you to do anyways. The copy machine messed up my copies but I ended up just paying for them anyways (9 cents for b&w). Fortunately they could be saved with my handy dandy pair of scissors. So just be careful cause they might give you an excuse saying that we put the original in wrong or something when we know we didn't.... read more

Excellent customer service! I've been taking almost all of my printing to them for years and they never disappoint. Even though it is a very busy store, they are super fast and accurate. Went to mail some packages today to another state. The price for one box was $65. They said they could not guarantee Christmas delivery and that we had to do it the 3-day select. I called FedEx gave them the box size and the weight, they guaranteed Christmas delivery until December 17th and there was only $30. I will use FedEx. read more

I went in yesterday to mail a care package to my husband who is deployed. It was a very small package of Father's Day gifts and was only 4 inches tall and 11 inches long. It was going to an APO and I was asked about which country it was going to, which I found odd. Anyways, after a few minutes they said my total was $130. I found this to be ridiculous, so I asked another worker to double check that this was correct. Someone else came over and said , yes it will be $130. I ended up leaving with my package. I went to the post office and they shipped the same exact thing for $13! I cannot for the life of me understand how they can charge so much more for the exact same thing. read more

Extremely friendly and helpful. I showed up with two extremely large boxes that were already set up for shipping with preprinted labels from my company's corporate account. In other words, the store really did not make any money off of me. Regardless, they offered to help and even brought out a dolly to help me unload. It all depends on when you go and who is working that day. I went in on a Saturday to get some shipping information. The young lady was so pleasant and helpful and knew exactly what I was needing to do. I went back on a Monday, and another lady waited on me....and it was like I was talking a foreign language. She did not listen to me or what I was there to do. She was asking people in line, in back of me what they were there for, faxing things for a man who was 4th in line, instead of giving me her undivided attention. Rather than make all those nice customers wait because she couldn't stop and listen to what I needed.....I left. Why bother. How can one person be so helpful, and another be clueless? read more
