Do not use this location! They state they are "just a franchise". I dropped off a package on April 3 and have a receipt with the tracking number. UPS has no record of the package. Did someone at the store steal my package? The store employees are no help! I called 48 hours ago and left a brief message asking for a returned call. Crickets .... It looks like all these reviews are useless. I read some of them from customers that had similar experiences as mine. Computers not working, personnel that does not know how to send a package at international addresses, trying to send the customer to USPS and on top of all being extremely rude. The owner who replies to all the reviews should better consider customers feedbacks and try to fix the issues. It would take maybe two hours to train the personnel to fill in a form on the computer and not be rude to customers which in my area are mainly seniors who deserve better. read more

Had another bad experience at this store. Wanted to mail something and needed a simple manila envelope. When the guy rang up my shipping and the envelope, he charged me $7.99 for the envelope, one single regular manila envelope, nothing fancy at all. Of course I questioned it and his colleague so that it was $1.99. I did not see any prices listed, but I fear that other people might not notice or be uncomfortable questioning ridiculous prices for office supplies. read more

Do not recommend. Poor service and usually something is "broken". . Every time I go here there is a very unwelcoming/unfriendly woman who acts as though I am a burden to have her perform her job. Also, there is usually a 50/50 chance something is broken or not working so they can't assist the customer. Today's issue was that computers were down so can't do anything. I understand things happen, but seems to occur more often here.. and employee did not seem to be the least bit apologetic about it, instead, of just "computers are down" try coming back in twenty minutes".. try adding a simple"sorry" to the front of that sentence, it will go a long way with people maybe some basic customer service training is overdue. Veterans be careful at this store. The manager is anti-Veteran. I ve been around this store for many yrs with no problems or harassment. The parking allows a shaded spot for my service dog to walk prior to entering a store. For the past couple of weeks the manager has been harassing me claiming I leave a shopping cart in front of the store blocking the door everyday when in fact I am only there once a week and if I have a cart I put off to the side next to the tree so it does not block traffic. He claimed that I am verbally confrontational with him even though I just ignore him and say nothing to him, I don't even make eye contact. He also claimed I threaten him with violence to the point that he has called the police. Now my service dog will be forced to spend more time traveling over the hoT pavement and be in more danger from other cars. All because his hatred towards Veterans. I can walk to this location if I wanted. Super convenient as I'm returning several purchased goods that don't fit all the time (thank you wine & online shopping!). The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. I only give 4 stars simply for the fact that sometimes they're short staffed at times with only one person up front & have come with the line to the door and had to wait a while. I went in on November 15th with an item to ship in its original box (not suitable for shipping) to get a quote to ship the item to the east coast. Gave them the zip code, told them I needed a box with bubble wrap to secure/cushion the fragile item inside and insurance to cover all costs which they provided, $61.95 total. Went in this morning, November 18th, and the actual cost of shipping, packaging and insurance was $81.03. Then the manager tried to make it my fault for complaining about the price increase. Be careful if you are selling and shipping an item and you use the estimate provided by this store to calculate the final sales price. read more

This location is very service oriented in my opinion. As soon as I entered I was asked what I needed. I was trying to sell something and needed a shipping estimate. I had the item boxed and they were great. The young man behind the counter printed the estimate to shop and explained that they could honor the quote fir a certain period of time. read more

Those folks work on cash tipping, while they was working on my package, a customer came in with $60 cash tip and gave it to them, immediately they left me and found his box, and someone called Nathan carried out the package to his car, I then waited to get serviced, gave them the confirmation email that ups had delivered the package to the store, however they denied that they have any package, advising me to come back again in 2 hours, they didn't even do any effort trying to find the package, I called ups, they confirmed that the package was delivered to them and Nathan singed on my package, I went back again after 2 hours, and they still denying that they have my package, without even looking, I filed claim with ups, got police incident report, the police informed me that most likely they have the package but they need to organise themselves, I will dispute the transaction and contact the shipper, it is a lot of effort is going to be done for irresponsible employees, that get motivated only with cash tipping, I hope I hear from the stores owner, and hopefully he is not Nathan read more

I live just a few minutes away and I always come here for returns because of the location. I never had issues before today, which prompted me to write this. 98% of the business I've done here has been with Scott. He's a employee who has a recognizable voice and personality; he would always greet me and smile and acknowledge me when I'd wait my turn in line. Well today I called inquiring if the UPS store accepts returns for USPS. I was relieved when Scott answered because up until today, I received wonderful customer service from him. He said yes, that there is always a mail carrier who stops by to pick up packages and that it's not a problem. Yay - I immediately walked over, however the girl associate said she couldn't take my package because it was for USPS and I'd have to take it to the post office. I said I spoke to an associate (Scott has back to me but turned to look) and I pointed to him. He said he didn't talk to me and denied our conversation. He said I must have had the wrong location and that I'm wrong. Scott, we talked. I don't appreciate you lying to me. Perhaps you gave me false facts about accepting USPS packages, but at least be honest and accept your wrongdoings. I used this UPS location because it is close to my house, we were shipping Halloween treats that my wife had made to our son in college. The female employee who help me promised me that my items would get there by Friday., I was shipping on Tuesday and used the shipping method she recommended. I asked multiple times if it would get there by Friday, As Halloween was the next day and we didn't want his streets to be late or go stale in the mail. She said several times it would be guaranteed to arrive by Friday. Well here we are six days later and it still has not arrived, when I checked the tracking online it says guaranteed Monday. Even if it does get there on Monday the items will likely be ruined. I understand with Covid shipping times have changed, but it's your business to know what those shipping times are and recommend the appropriate method to your customers. I recently moved here and have been to this location 2-3 times to mail boxes. Both times a young man has helped me and the experience has been professional and great. Today I arrive at 3:54 PM. I took a video to show proof to email to management. The employee locked the doors right as I was walking to the door. I knocked on the window in case she didn't see that I needed in. She was helping another man and waved that they were closed. I held up my phone to show her it wasn't 4 PM yet and was completely ignored. I waiting until the other man was let out of the store to ask why she locked it before 4 and her response was she had things to do in the store and that she was currently closed. Didn't look at me all while pulling the gate. I understand people are stressed right now and things seem to be more intense but this is not ok. If your sign says open from 10-4 then your doors remain unlocked until 4. It was clear I was there before closing time and was basically told to buzz off. The employees name is Dawn. I left a voicemail for the store. I've worked retail my whole life, I get wanting to leave but this was completely apparently the girl wanted to get out of there sooner than close time. I was standing with two other customers through this whole encounter so it's not a good look for the store. There are so many people who need jobs right now. Gave me a fake apology and blamed it on the owner. Never felt more ripped off being told I would be charged $5 just to print. So I ended up going to Fedex Kinkos and had them charge me .22 cents to print a UPS label and the dropped my box off at UPS. This place is definitely not about service. read more

I had a very important and expensive package shipped from this location and an item was missing. I processed a claim thru UPS and it was denied. This store made no effort to assist in my appeal and I am very suspect of this location. Christina, I think the owner was just wanted to wash her hands of the deal. Okay, if this place served alcohol it would be your neighborhood "Cheers" bar. Everyone knows your name and they are so freakin' friendly and courteous with all of their customers. I'm not sure how they do it because there are a few customers that I've almost escorted out the door but they never fail when it comes to professionalism and efficiency. Scott has been exceptionally helpful when it comes to computer related printing questions. I love how all the employees seem to get along and make me laugh before I get out the door. I've been going to this location (Store 3500) for almost two years, and they are great! I have never had a problem with my packages. Occasionally I visit different UPS stores, and regret it every time. I don't know how or why every other store has problems shipping... but this location is perfect! Every time I visit, the staff is busy helping customers and greeting everyone who walks in the door. There definitely seems to be regular customers and I can see why! Scott is always there and is quick, efficient, and helpful. After moving to Scottsdale and pre-purchasing an account, I tried to print an important email document with no success. The manager stated they are unable to receive documents through their email due to stringent filtering through their incoming email network. My previous UPS Store in Phoenix had no problem copying my email documents, and after I questioned the manager about it, he was VERY rude and condescending towards me.
