I only needed to pay for a binder, and I had a gut feeling they were trying to get my transaction as fast as possible since it was just a binder. They charged me nearly $200, promised me a delivery date, and now the package is still not here when I needed it the most. This store is irresponsible, misleading, and only cares about charging you money upfront. Once they get your payment, they wash their hands and blame "the delivery." Nobody tells you the truth, and they don't take responsibility for anything. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this UPS Store. They act more like scammers than professionals.
