    I was making an Amazon return and needed to print out the label. Came in asked what email can I send it to, got it printed, and got charged. On label, all together time wise at most 5 min. Got charged $3.31. Three dollar for " one hour of computer use" . What a rip off lmao don't fucken come print labels

    Evidence of tampered package. Both came from same sender and was sent to the ups store access point. Left package contents were stolen.

    Updating to 2 stars: Picked up my package from UPS today and I was able to notice my package was tampered with. I brought it back to the employees letting them know that my package was tampered with clearly by how it was already precut and had a white sticker on top. The employee asked me if I opened it, but I literally picked it up 2 minutes ago. Which kinda frustrated me cuz he basically accused me of opening the package myself and lying about it being tampered. Anyway, he opens it in front of me and as expected item was taken out. I then request documentation like video footage or written letter from the store that the package was tampered with. They tell me they can't provide it and say I have to call corporate. Also they said they couldn't give me a reference number at all. Pretty sucky service if you ask me. I'd rate them 1 of 5 stars but I'm being nice so here's 2 stars.

    The employees are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Go to a different location in Pasadena for better service

I had a specific aesthetic I just didn't know how to express that in the context of nuptials. I went on TheKnot.com for ideas. Huge mistake. Most of the girls on that site have been planning their weddings since conception. If you're like me and would have been happy to elope, then The Knot will make your head explode. Totally de trop! But, I have to give them credit for turning me on to letterpress. My own search led me to De Milo Design. In 2003, I got my wedding invitations here. It was the easiest wedding-related decision I made (next to YES!). Dealing with Annika was so calming. And within five minutes, I knew exactly what I wanted. The invitation is the first taste of your wedding (assuming you don't do save-the-dates). Much like an overture or a prelude, it should set the tone of what's to come. My point is: the invitation is just as important as the dress. Recently, I referred my friend to them after seeing some of the crap other, more expensive letterpresses were trying to pass off as elegant, more like excessive. My friend ended up going with De Milo too, and I was shocked to see the prices really haven't gone up in 11 years! Inks, card stock, design, fonts, all gorgeous. They don't do anything tacky here. Just exquisite work. They're true artisans.

    I had the worst experience at this location and I will never return…read more I went here 2 days ago with my fiance to drop off my Vinted go order and the lady working was beyond rude. (Unfortunately didn't get a name but she was a Hispanic mid aged lady) First, she had a problem scanning my item; told me maybe they didn't pay, I should reprint labels because I probably didn't print them right etc. (weird cause I never had any issues before when I came here and got helped by someone else but I went with it cause what do I know) she re printed my labels rudely, was lazy and handed me to put them on the packages "properly" since she said I did it wrong. She then Scanned, said it wasn't working again and she had no idea to help me. So then I googled what to do while she walked in the back room to attend to her kids who were playing and doing homework while she worked upfront. I was so confused and frustrated that Online said to try another location so, I left. Went to another location 10min away- they were closed. Checked my email and all my packages said they were scanned into the system and ready to ship YET I had my packages with me. I immediately called the lady back to tell her she scanned them in and she said "oh yeah someone else had a problem after u so just come bring them back they should be fine",, "it's a system problem and I shut down the systems to reset it." I came back less than 10 min after I called at 5:43pm and they close at 6pm. The door was locked!!! All lights off!! I called 5 times and she forwarded my call each time. I stood outside banging on the door for over 6mins . We could hear and see her kids running around in the back in the dark. She finally arrived at the door after banging on the glass door and calling over and over and said "oh sorry the door automatically closes after a certain time" took my packages, smiled, and walked away back inside; yet the open sign was off, all lights off, door locked etc more than 15min early til closing time after she knew I was coming back to drop off packages. She doesn't seem like she likes what she does. Working in customer service is not for her. She made my experience horrible. horrible customer service and wasted my time. I will not return to this location. I will instead go down the street to San Marino. I could of got in trouble with Vinted and could of been out of money if my packages didn't get delivered properly, this wasn't cool and she had no idea to help. Training staff to help customers efficiently is very important and also to be welcoming and kind!!
