    Short: Not terrible. Good location but can be pricey and chaotic. Visited week of Dec. 12 '22 I'm happy this is near downtown Springfield and the Safeway. Location wise it is useful. Can be pricey. My interaction was about 5 mins, so relatively quick for the December holiday season. I handed my box to be scanned in, instead of sitting in the amazon returns section. Worker did oblige and eventually handed a receipt confirming it was scanned, since I asked to be relived of my worry. $2 for a singular shipping label to be printed. In my humble opinion, is pretty steep. You're better off going to the local library and printing it for about $0.15! YES $0.15 vs $2.00! (By the way, when you call the store phone, it is a robot. In which told me to print a shipping label would be $2.50/label!) Customer service still could have improvements. I did not appreciate being looked at crazy because the worker wasn't fully paying attention to what I was asking - so i had to repeat myself **three** times.

    Very bad experience, they don't like blacks . The owner treat the whites more welcome !

    I will never, ever use them again. I scheduled a same day air pickup - I got a call mid-day that…read more"there wasn't an address attached to my pickup request" (which is nonsense - why would their system allow me to make a pickup request without an address?). I gave them my address and they said they'd try to reroute and pick it up that day. I got a call saying they couldn't make it that day, but would pick it up the next day - STILL NOTHING. On the third day after my request, I got a call from the local number I'd been communicating with. When I called 15 minutes later, it said "This UPS number is no longer working". I spent the next half hour trying to use their shitty automated system - it called me back then literally hung up. I called again and a 6m wait time turned into 15. I finally talked to the stupid long-distance help line, who said they'd have the local office call me back (the one who called me that morning but then disconnected their phone number). Still no call. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I paid extra for 24 hour overnight shipping and anticipated delivery next day of live aquarium…read morefish. Upon tracking the fish arrived in town and was in transit as expected to a local UPS store for delivery. An apparent auto accident occurred and delayed delivery. Instead of making exception and rerouting the deliveries which occurred at 8:30 am the shipment was delayed for 24 hours until the following day. Recall I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and these are live fish. Outside temperatures for the day will reach upper 90's F. If the item remains on the delivery truck they may not survive until the following day. Contacting customer service was a nightmare. Over an hour wait time on the phone the most I could get was there was an accident and they would leave a message with the local supervisor but no guarantee. Pickup at the warehouse by customers are not allowed per the supervisor I spoke with. Basically their system does not allow for any variances. If anything goes awry you are ....ed, well use your imagination. I fully anticipate delivery of dead fish tomorrow. Thank you UPS for EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
