I spent the next half hour trying to use their shitty automated system - it called me back then literally hung up. I called again and a 6m wait time turned into 15. I finally talked to the stupid long-distance help line, who said they'd have the local office call me back (the one who called me that morning but then disconnected their phone number). Still no call. Absolutely ridiculous.

Upon tracking the fish arrived in town and was in transit as expected to a local UPS store for delivery. An apparent auto accident occurred and delayed delivery. Instead of making exception and rerouting the deliveries which occurred at 8:30 am the shipment was delayed for 24 hours until the following day. Recall I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and these are live fish. Outside temperatures for the day will reach upper 90's F. If the item remains on the delivery truck they may not survive until the following day. Contacting customer service was a nightmare. Over an hour wait time on the phone the most I could get was there was an accident and they would leave a message with the local supervisor but no guarantee. Pickup at the warehouse by customers are not allowed per the supervisor I spoke with. Basically their system does not allow for any variances. If anything goes awry you are ....ed, well use your imagination. I fully anticipate delivery of dead fish tomorrow. Thank you UPS for EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.

Jordan tried notice and three computers to eliminate the possibility of a technical glitch before calling a known expert at another store to see if there was an unknown issue. I can say I have never had any issues using this post office and I use it a ton! The guys that work…read morethere are very knowledgeable. I find it crazy during the holidays they only have two cashiers sometimes three, however one is almost always doing passports. I do love this location does passports. I have never seen four cashiers here which is a full amount, so the line gets very very long especially right now, morning, noon or night. Two they can get your items where they need to be with no issue you might just have to wait awhile in line. There is a self service kiosk, but for somethings you just want a human to help you. Definitely in need of an update on the inside. I do miss and wish they still had an employee at "The Postal Store" inside. There has never been anyone working that counter anymore. It definitely would benefit the post office in sales and speed and efficiency. This post office I do have to say always has the most supplies out of the other post offices around.
