Sure they directed me to look it up. But the arrogant attitude with five employees standing there was the issue. Fed ex looked it up for me and gave me a ballpark number. I would have picked up the phone and called utah store or looked it up for a customer at least making effort if I worked there. Even their reply does not apologize and is defensive. Had to ship out a very heavy box & having just injured my back I had a ramp set up in my truck to unload it. No need, Gabriel came out, picked it up and put it on a dolly. There is another employee and young bald guy with glasses he's nice also, I think he just runs packages though. There is a guy with a accent. I needed to send three large framed vintage watercolors to a relative out of state, so I tried UPS Stevenson Ranch. I had them pack and send only one at first, just to see what the quality of the service actually was. When my uncle received the first item, he said the the art piece arrived perfectly intact and that the packing was first rate. I then sent two more, this time they were packed together. Again they arrived in perfect condition, and again my uncle was raving about the great job regarding the packing and the shipping. The lady I dealt with both times was Kris. Lost my package that was needed for work. No apology. Was told he would talk to the employees and look at his cameras to see if the package could be located. No follow up. Told me I had to call the UPS company because they only deal directly with the customer, which was a lie. The store obviously didn't want to call to set up the lost inquiry. No surprise the package can't be found the entire store was a huge mess with packages everywhere. read more

Great customer service. I have been in here a few times and have had good experiences. If you need to fax something, they only charge $1.00. Other places like... FedEx, Office Max, Mail Stores, etc. charge $2.00 and up for 1 page and they charge for long distance which is so crazy. So glad this UPS store is here. They also have USPS drop off packages service. So nice and convenient since there are no post offices near here currently. read more

While the basic services are okay, the notary services require management involvement and that means the owner. The owner really has no business in the public eye. I have witness more then once her arrogance, rudeness, and completely unprofessional manners. I dread the visits so much that I have asked that my company switch their service from UPS to FedEx. I have filed a formal complaint to UPS in hopes that their review might provide a correction in the attitude of this operation. read more

On a Sunday afternoon in mid-December, I needed six outbound envelopes to different locations, and I wanted each outbound envelope to have a prepaid return envelope inside. The manager took care of the entire task of getting the right envelopes, preparing the shipping labels, and making sure each package was complete. Everything done in eight minutes. Fast, efficient, friendly. This is the only shipping business in the Santa Clarita Valley that I will use in the future. read more

Don't go to this UPS store if you need important documents notarized. Ryan the notary made a mistake when notarizing my documents so the loan underwriter sent it back to be fixed. This caused a delay in my loan. Ryan did not even apologize for his mistake, but rather argued that the underwriter was just being "picky" and that his mistake could have passed! He also told me that he would never notarize anything for me again! How unprofessional. I will never go give this location any of my business. The manager Gabriel apologized for the mistake, but refused to refund the money I originally paid for the notary service. I tried to speak with Casey the owner, but he is rarely there. read more

Don't ever use this store. I mailed two packages from here, which were returned, and an employee there threw them out, telling me, "I didn't know what kind of bullshit was in the boxes." Then the manager lied about it. Now I am filing action in small claims court. Do not go here! read more

I always go to this place, have notarized similar documents in the past without an issue, but today the guy was rude and refused to notarized my documents in an assholish way, made me feel like I was begging him. read more

Just waited 30 minutes in line before the notary told us he was not doing any notarizations because they were busy. No signs posted. Notarization would take less time than packing something for shipping. Bad customer service! read more
