So didn't post after the first incident. About 6 months ago, paid for Fed Ex overnight for a document. Wasn't cheap. Got there on day 2. No refund. Just sent a padded envelope with Father's Day card and gift card for my dad in NY. It's been 8+ days. Still hasn't received. Been burned twice now by sending something thru Aim Mail Center. I'd highly recommend paying for tracking if you use this place...or stick an Apple air tag in your package. read more

Had a gift torn open and stolen before it could get to my friend. Owner called me fired up only to tell me that they are "church goers" and "christian" like that automatically means that you would never do anything wrong, just rubbed me the wrong way with the conversation going nowhere since the owner would not let me get a word out. I do blame AIM and not UPS since the person at the register could see the items that I was shipping due to needing a box. I do not recommend this place. read more

It's the nearest FedEx/UPS drop off location to my parent's place and I also needed a passport photo. The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. Pros: I was able to get done what needed to be done. The young woman who helped me was very sweet. I didn't need an appointment. They printed out my LiveScan Paperwork. Cons: The OTHER lady behind the counter- older- short hair- nasty attitude. She berated the girl at the counter who helped me and made it very awkward. I see others have mentioned someone who sounds similar here. That's a shame. No one deserves to work in that environment. I get the "family owned" vibe. Either way- be professional. This is why it's 3 stars. As a Fingerprint Tech, I'd say they may need slight better training on how to roll the fingerprints but they are using Certafix- but other than that, they got the job done so far as I can tell. I have been coming here a few years now, because it is a local small business. I came here to get some copies done and while I was there I decided to get one photo printed. I guess that's not a derive they usually do, which I did not know. She said she could do it. I later looked at the price on my receipt and they charged me $5 for one 4x6 photo print. I called back later asking about that and if that was the normal price. She didn't really know and said it could be $3 and said the owner would call me back and give me a refund for the regular price. The owner never called back. Decided to drop off a FedEx package here just to support a local business, but this ended up being a bad experience. The gentleman working the register had no idea how to scan the package. He scanned three different barcodes, until I had to step in and help him. Also, the tracking information has not updated after 5 days from drop off. We waited in line for a long time and when we finally got in front of the line and next to the counter. Manager ask us to sit on a table behind the line and said he will assist us there for our notary needs. Went there for a ground shipment of a 50 pounds luggage. First an employee measured the dimensions and weigh the luggage, gave a price of $49.99 total for FedEx ground shipment. When we were ready to pay, grumpy faced owner jumped in and challenged his own employee's pricing. Gave a new price of $73.78. Employee challenged him this this is over pricing & said: "I am 100% confident that my pricing was right and I am going to call FedEx to confirm that." She was visibly upset. The grim faced owner offered us $10 discount to $63.78. He was definitely uncomfortable. We didn't have any other options, so did ship with that price. This was a pure price grouching. But convenience of location may be the only reason we may go back. read more

I came in yesterday morning for a livescan and passport photos. Cindy helped me. She was very sweet. Really nice and helpful. I missed the other lady's name but she was also friendly. I wanted to ship a 19 lb package to the Midwest via FedEx. I was quoted $40. I go to FedEx and I'm quoted $26. I seldom use the term WTF but in this case I find it appropriate. I also think to myself this is not the first time I've been "price padded" here. The last time I got charged $2 for an obviously used envelope. I'm not quibbling over the $2 but it's the principle. Taking advantage of customers is a short sighted strategy that in the long run will reduce repeat business. If you want your business to grow, nurture it and build customer relationships. So I ended up going to this place as I called and found their notaries to be resonantly priced at only $15 a signature. Annie helped me right away she was very kind and knew what she was doing. If the post office is late dropping off mail to this location, she goes out of her way to give me a phone call or email letting me know. Close by to my house, but parking is a little tight in this shopping center. There were two people working behind the counter and they were very fast. The lady who helped me asked if I wanted a receipt for my return item back to Amazon. I said yes. She said every man who asks for one crumbles it outside and throws it away. I just want to say that I had the absolute worst experience here there was a lady I think her name was Miss Annie and I have never met a lady so rude and so ungrateful for her job not only was she rude to me about what service I needed. She was rude to about almost every customer but what really pushed me off was the fact that she pulled one of the employees the blonde older lady by the hair infront of 3 customers! I will be repeating this as harassment because you can tell she was upset and I can tell she felt extremely uncomfortable I'm not sure why she did that but it made me super upset and I will never be coming back to this place the only reason I stayed was because of the lady Niveen. I went in to make 3 black and white xerox copies today and I let the employee know that when I walked in. He (I assume it was the manager, Mike, since that was name on his shirt) led me to the xerox machine, took my document and made the three copies. Price posted is .15/copy so when he told me my total was .75, naturally I questioned it. When I said, "I thought the price is .15 a copy, he said that's SELF-SERVE; you had me make the copies." What? I never asked him to make the copies for me, he simply took my document and put it in the machine himself. (oh, and he removed a staple, too.) I told him that I could have easily done it myself, it's simply making 3 copies. I called him on it and said it was deceptive that he charged me for full service on three copies when I never asked for the full service. He tried to justify his assumption of full service since my papers had a staple which needed to be removed. (Hullo? I'm capable to pulling a staple out myself, thank you.) It's a bunch of crock and I told him so. It should have been .15/copy instead of .23/copy (+tx). I've never had a problem with this place before but it's pretty pathetic when the manager himself has to upsell someone on a simple xerox copies sale. Note to anyone going there to make copies on their own: specify clearly that you want to do SELF-SERVE copies, or surely they'll take advantage and pull a full-serve on you! Lame! read more

To my surprise, I was looking to repair my H.P. printer thinking it was my cartridges. The owner Mike had suggested to bring it in since he believed that was the cause and tried his brand new cartridges. Low and behold, despite Mike having to stay after closing, he set me up with the new cartridges and my now working printer. I also was happy to see the selection of cartridges and better than that, a price I most likely could not find elsewhere.
