The self-service machine had the weirdest angle haha! I was able to skip the line too and all worked out and I was in and out in less than minutes.

Because of this individual I no longer go to this UPS location. He wears backwards hat, earring on the right ear, perhaps 5'11". On one occasion, I have seen eyes rolled for the asks that I had, and visible annoyance. On another occasion, I entered the store right before closing, and the same individual' gestures and energy were more than indicative of being annoyed by cutomers' presence. I was disturbed and told him that I will put in a bad review, to which he responded, " you do that", showing no intent to remedy customer's dissatisfaction. I see that other people left similar review about the same individual. I do not think he belongs in service oriented/ customer facing business. This is sad because there are other employees at this location that are very customer service oriented, and pleasant.
