I was referred to this location from another UPS location, and as I nervously walked to the counter with a list of 10 exact and unconventional shipping instructions for an insured item, I was pleasantly surprised that they not only had all of the materials, but also worked with me to wrap it exactly as asked even adding suggestions based on their expertise...which was a process for both of us considering the instructions were given by a 3rd party. I received a shipping label so I cannot speak to the price or value, but I can say the process was pretty seamless. The ability to track my package always gives me peace, and consistently friendly service, regardless of location is always a welcome bonus! Happy to say my delicate package arrived safely. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I dropped off a package for shipping, and it never reached its destination. When I contacted the store to follow up, I received unhelpful and dismissive responses. To make matters worse, I have strong reasons to believe that one of the employees may have mishandled or even stolen my package, as there's no trace of it in the system after it was scanned at this location. This is not just a matter of inconvenience--it's a serious breach of trust. I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead, I'm left feeling frustrated and unheard. I would strongly caution others about using this location for shipping valuable items. UPS needs to investigate this situation immediately and ensure that customers' packages are safe and accounted for. I will not be going away. Verizon has opened an investigation and I have been in contact with UPS Corporate. Also in the works of finding out who the owner of this franchise is because the employees there yesterday were very unprofessional and disrespectful. I made a payment of $288.50 in August 2023. This paid my mailbox up until August 2024. On February 14, 2024, I was notified without warning that my mailbox was closed. I've called and emailed, the store requested proof of payment. I submitted a bank statement. They claimed they can't read the attachment, so here it is! Think twice before you trust this business. Especially if you're like me and use this address to receive documents and/or payments for your business! It's not a small detail when you destroy someone's livelihood with your incompetence and trust me, they are in NO HURRY to rectify things! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB, UPS, Texas Consumer Complaint division... The stress of this ruined my Valentine's Day and it's continued for weeks. It's time consuming, incredibly stressful, and will cost me to hire an attorney. It's not worth the hassle. I want to add that this is very suspicious and compromises the integrity of the UPS brand. I've had this mailbox for 7 years. Even when customers are late, the business notifies customers with emails and letters in their mailbox. Even if I was late, why wasn't I notified? Incompetent. I have my deliveries sent to this location instead of my home to prevent theft. Several times I have received emails from companies I've ordered from, but no email from UPS saying I have a package available for pick up. When I come in to see about the package, they say it's not there. Recently I told them to double check and that I had a tracking number and email stating it had been delivered. The attendant came back with 3 packages that had been sitting there for over a week. I didn't get any notification from them that I had packages. When I go in, the attendants are rude and seem unhappy to be there. I've been using UPS for my mail and packages for 8+ years now and this is the first time I have ever had an issue with them. Please get new attendants and management in here who actually care and not teenagers and college kids with attitudes. read more

Stupidly inefficient. I tried logging into the website to change my delivery but it is always down. Then I called the facility where my box is. That's the best part. Even though I know that's where my box is,"there is nothing they can do." Gave me an 800 number that turned out to be a car dealership. Idk how they stay in business. Customer satisfaction is ZERO. This is the least friendly of all the UPS stores in the area, which makes me sad, because it's closest to me. It used to be a great stop, but there is one employee there who is very rude to customers. Another one goes out of her way to be nice, I think to make up for the sad/mad one. Last week, I dropped off some pre-paid packages, and she seemed very mad at me, like very "put off" that I had pre-labeled......so, she took her time and sighed and frowned until I finally asked if I could help her, to which she replied, "Too late now!" I'm not sure if it was a bad day or what..... Also, even if I'm the only one there, and I'm struggling to get in the door with heavy boxes, they just stare and watch and no one ever offers help. I'd suggest going to a different UPS location. These guys never have the UPS envelops or small boxes. Instead, they will gladly sell you normally free supplies for 3 bucks and up. The staff here is certainly not the brightest and they could careless about getting off their backsides to help customers. Beware of lost package from this location. Although tracking shows it was delivered and signed by the office staff, they claim they did not receive it. I do understand if they receive several packages throughout the day and package will get missed, however the way they handle the situation was unacceptable. They did not show care or apologetic at all; had me wait without giving any explanation until I ask. Supposedly they told me a lost claim was filled, however I called UPS customer service they told me nothing was filled against the tracking and I would have to resubmit. I have used this UPS store on many many occassions and have had good results. I went to this store on 2/11/19 to talk to them about a very large amount of items that I would need to have shipped to Florida. I brought everything in to the store on 2/12/19 and had a trunk full of goodies that I actually did get them to help me bring in on a dolly, I helped put everything on the dolly. I have 4 boxes that I brought with me to use for packing. I told the guy that I would pack everything. I needed to additional boxes and he put them together. I continued to pack. It ended up being 6 boxes all together. Because it was so much, I was told that it would probably be cheaper to go freight (I had no clue what was involved with freight UPS), and the guy didn't weigh the boxes to tell me what regular shipping would cost for all 6 boxes. I am wondering how he did come up with the cost of $300+ for the freight shipping though, I guess by the total size of the boxes put together. After packing all the 6 boxes, he taped them all closed. The manager said that UPS freight would be there in the morning to pick up the boxes and prepare them for shipping. None of the boxes had a name, address or phone number on them and that bothered me so I told them that I wanted to write that on each box, was told not necessary and I said I want to do it. I did one and was told they would finish the rest. So I go to the register and pay $350.25 for shipping, or so I thought. They charged me $40.00 of customer service, I would like to know what that was. I also asked several times about a tracking number and was told that I wouldn't get one until freight picked up the packages and prepared them. Asked when I could expect a tracking numer and was told in a day or two. By Friday I had not heard from the store or freight what the numer was and called the store. Explained who I was and why I was calling. Oh, yes I think we have that, wait a minute. I asked why no one called me back with the number since I was told that was giong to happen and they didn't know. I was also told that the packages were not picked up until 2/14/19, a day later than the manager told me. Mind you, I am going by what the UPS people tell me, thinking they know what they are talking about with shipping stuff. These boxes were going to a residence and they knew that. You don't ship freight to a residence. The recipient of the boxes was called by UPS freing on 2/18/19 to schedule a drop off and was told that the package would be left at the end of the driveway. HMMMM, she lives in the country, kinda, and her driveway is very long. Now, again, I had no clue that the package (which I find out weighed, shrinked wrapped all together) 180 lbs. was going to be on an 18 wheeler truck and no one told me this. The UPS freight people told an older women that she owuld have to retrieve this 180 lb. package off the back of the 18 wheeler on her own with no help from the driver. I immediatley get on the phone with UPS freight and am told well, you didn't order a lift truck. Well, how would I know, it's UPS' business and job to get everything right in a shipment. So, I'm told by a very very rude freight person that I have to call the store I did the shipment with and tell them they need to send some kind of special letter to freight requesting a lift truck. What the heck!!! I call the store, the girl there can't give me any information, no one is at the store that can help me. She gives me the name and number to the manager and then to the owner. I call and leave a very detailed message with the manager and ask for a return call to discuss this. Then I call the owner and actually get him on the phone. Tell him the issue and he said don't worry about it, he would take care of it for me and call me back later in the afternoon. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM EITHER ONE OF THESE PEOPLE. Remember I spent $350.00 on this shippment and they could care less. I get on the phone and spend over 2 hours trying to work with freight in Florida and they said since it was going to a residential (and they wondered why the heck I was doing freight and I told them that was what my UPS store suggested I do) home they would automatically have a lift truck. WELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My receipient had to get the 180 lb. 6 wrapped boxes off the back of the truck on her own and get them to her house by herself. Remembef I spent $350.00 on this shipping and got the worst of the worst service ever from the manager (who never called me) as well as the owner (who never called me. I see that the owner has several different stores and many of these stores have very poor customer service ratings. 2-1/2 months ago I sent 4 large boxes that weight similar in weight to the 6 I just sent to the same address and that cost was only $150.00. We have a post office box at this store. The staff is very friendly and offers excellent service. My only complaint is they don't have a paper cutter that works which I occasionally need and am used to having access to when I make copies. Otherwise, a great alternative for po boxes, shipping and cooy/printing services. read more

I STRONGLY advise anyone going here to Stop and turn around. If I could give only a fraction of a star I would. They have the most incompetent employees at this location. For starters, the employees will punch buttons on the keyboard and then tell you that your box is paid for until the following month, then when you go back to pay your bill, guess what? You have a late charge and it's your fault, even though you are dealing with the same incompetent employee who you already spoke with the month before you "checked" your account for you! Next, they are supposed to offer the same shipping options as the USPS, with a SLIGHTLY inflated rate, Guess again. I went in to mail three small packages, asked her to mail them First Class Package for me, so I could have tracking numbers. Instead, she mails then "first class letter" now 13 days later, I still have no tracking number and the packages have yet to arrive! Oh and guess what else? All three packages were charged at LEAST $2.50 more than they should have, and when you go in to ask about why? and how am I supposed to get these tracked down, you get told, oh I'm sorry.....
