Convenient, but a few things I didn't like. 1.) they charged me $10 for 20 stamps. I was sending something and the UPS delivery guy just took it, without providing me with any receipt or transaction proof. He could have just stole it. The stamp charging wasn't that bad, but it was the way the transaction took place. I asked him if he sold stamps and he said, yes, so I asked how much and he responded with, "$10?" That didn't assure me that he was an honest businessman. Seemed like he was testing the waters to how much I'd pay. Honestly, $1.20 more for 20 stamps and saving me a trip to the post office, is not that bad, but the way it was proposed left a dirty taste in my mouth. In the end, my package was delivered safely, but I wish I had some sort of proof that I dropped it off for my peace of mind. read more

Hands down the worst UPS or anything shipping related business I have ever been to! The guys here don't say "hi" or "how are you" or any type of greeting. To say the least both of the guys in there one employee and one manager (both Asian ethnicity) are extremely rude! The have PHD's in exhibiting umanerly behavior. Stopped by today to drop off a UPS package for shipping. I had already purchased the postage from Amazon so I didn't require much assistance. I dropped off the package and the clerk asked if I'd like a receipt. I stated yes and asked him a couple of more questions. He was very nice and quite informative. Perhaps if I required more assistance, my experience would have been different. But overall, I was pleased. I would definitely go back to this UPS Store. Even though this is the closest UPS store to me, I have decided never to return. I've gone there probably about 10 times and I have never been happy with their service for the following reasons: 1. They are not up front about their charges/ fees: Every time I go, they have tried to up sell me. I don't appreciate that. My husband has gone there too and he agrees. 2. They are slow. If I want slow service, I can just go to USPS. 3. They are not friendly. I wouldn't say totally rude, but also not pleasant. But I mainly don't go because of reason #1. I am fine with them charging for stuff, but I think you should be up front with your customers about it. They once had one young man who was helpful and efficient, so I'm guessing it might be who the first reviewer is talking about. But he is no longer there. read more

I was there today to print one document (2 pages) None of the printers was able to read my USB, so they told me to use PC for printing of my document. It took 15 minutes to start their PC and open the document. I ended up with extra charge of $ 1,99 for scanning (they charged it without any notice) - when I told them I was only printing they told it is for using of their computer. If you need to print something, don´t use this store. Plus the staff (mid-aged man) was not very nice or helpful at all. read more

We've used this location for over a decade. We've found the staff to be knowledgable, helpful and nice. I was shocked when I read any negative reviews. EVERYONE that works there goes out of their way to be helpful. We go at different times of day and some times of day are busier than others. They do a great job of trying to help everyone as quickly as possible. I've seen situations of unreasonable customers but the staff has kept their cool. They even remember us by name. There is plenty of parking out front and you can get into the parking lot either from Sepulveda or from Censhaw. read more

I already had postage for my package (it was a cable box for Verizon) and it was supposed to be free, but they still managed to charge me for extra tape. And it's not like a lot of tape, either, and it was only 60 cents, but seriously? It wasn't like the box was falling apart, it was a small strip of tape on one side. My review is based on a single experience. I was returning an item back to amazon. I had never shipped so arriving to the store I was quite unprepared. Hiro was understanding and got me out within 5 minutes hassle free and without being annoyed which could also have been understandable to an extent. The box did seem pretty pricy (between $3-4) to ship back some boxing gloves. Anyways he was fast, friendly, and made the experience easy for an unprepared and inexperienced shipper. read more

My family and I have been going here for many years. 2 years ago, I thought it would be cheaper to use the US postal service for the Christmas packages I ship to Georgia. It was cheaper, and they guaranteed 4 day delivery. Well, the packages, to different cities in Georgia, were not delivered until Dec. 29. We had no recourse against the Post Office, not to mentioned some rustled feathers from family that thought we did not send packages to them.I will never trust the US Postal Service with anything important. The UPS store always helps us with boxes, packing, etc. I am truly surprised at the negative comments on this business. We highly recommend them. read more
