This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. You could have dropped the box from the top of a skyscraper and the thing would have survived unscathed. (Possibly slightly exaggerated... but not much!) You might consider it a con, but it took a good bit of effort to get through the multiple layers of protection to get to the framed map inside. I'm not easily impressed, trust me, but this really showed a level of care for what they do that you just don't see anymore. Big thumbs up!
