Great customer service and we where in and out on a Saturday afternoon. We appreciated the fact they where willing to explain the process and answer any questions my daughter had. She needed a life scan for future employment at a day care center. However, I must admit paying slightly over $100 for a life scan didn't feel that good! Lol, but it was explained to us that it's a clearance for multiple agencies including child abuse. I would use there services again. read more

Went into this UPS store to ship out some amazon stuff. There were three employees on staff that day. The young lady and gentleman were very friendly but the third gentleman was another story. He was very aggressive in the way he was talking and handling the packages. The other two employees tried to intervene a few times to help me, I think they could see how angry he was and how flustered and upset it was making me but he was not having it. I can't safely say I probably won't return to this location. I've been going to this location for years and never have I had someone act that way in customer service. read more

Been a customer for over 20 years. The new owner and employees are inefficient and rude. Today we had to wait 20 minutes to get our package and when I suggested they assist customers with mail boxes in their site more efficiently, the owner told me I should take my business elsewhere. As my daughter was walking out he told her she "had a very rude mother." Filing a formal complaint with UPS corporate. read more

Don't come here if you're looking to do your live scan for work. I came twice because the firs time they didn't press down on my finger prints hard enough do they couldn't read them and sent me back to get them done, the second time I came they didn't even send in my prints resulting in a lost job for me. I was pretty livid this place was not responsible and I suffered the consequences because of that. read more

I would give this store negative stars if I could. First of all, I dropped off an iMac that I sold on ebay and was assured it would be packaged safely to ensure a proper delivery and that they would include insurance in case of any issues. They initially lost the package and couldn't find it due a mistake with the tracking number. Further, my buyer from ebay informed me the unit arrived damaged and it was packaged terribly. The unit was not packed safely at all. They also forgot to include the promised insurance along with the ridiculously high price that was paid to ship the unit. The service was completely inept and I'm not sure how this place stays in business. Never again. Do not go here unless you like problems. read more

Went in for notary service and waiting 20 minutes -- be right with you shouldn't be the answer when you're waiting it should be we're doing a will notary a trust notary and a whole bunch of other stuff with this customer it'll be a long time. Although while I was waiting I did see them charge one customer 13.84 one book of stamps and "another customer 300 something dollars to mail a package to Hawaii when she wasn't interested they started haggling lowering the rate saying they only charge however many cubic feet to give a discount. read more

This UPS store offered a telephonic estimate of $450 for 54 magazine filled small boxes (described as a "special deal" due to volume). At the time of actrual shipping the manager announced a price of $850 ("heavier than we thought"). The store never called us about the near doubling of cost. When we protested the new higher price, and complained about not being notified about the increase, the manager, Luis, threatened to with withhold our own packages until we agreed to pay his higher charges. I reminded Luis that UPS Execs would probably not support his idea to keep our packages "hostage" (ironically,police newsletter)---until his ransom was paid. When Luis realized his bosses might be unhappy with his plot, he came to his senses and finally agreed to release our packages (without ransom). We recovered the frightened, but unharmed packages, and they have now been shipped by a far more rationale,reasonable, and less crime prone store. A happy ending, to a very unpleasant story. It might surprise you that we do not intend to return to this UPS store---EVER. read more

Went here to take care of two things with my girlfriend. The guy took care of shipping an important letter and making a spare key. He was nice. They do have everything you would need to ship anything and more. I also noticed they have P.O. Boxes that have a real address versus a P.O. Box number which is good to know if I decide to have one. read more
