I've been a paying customer at this UPS Store location for quite some time, maintaining a postage box here and expecting--at the very least--basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, every encounter with Betty, the manager at this location, is a test of patience. Betty is consistently rude, dismissive, and seems completely uninterested in providing even the most minimal level of customer service. Simple inquiries are met with condescension or eyerolls, and she often acts as though customers are inconveniencing her by simply existing. For someone in a customer-facing role, her attitude is shockingly unprofessional. It's frankly unacceptable that I, or any paying customer, should have to deal with this kind of treatment. A UPS Store should be a place where customers feel respected and supported--not belittled or brushed off. The other employees are great, and she could learn to take note. Management needs to seriously reconsider whether Betty belongs in a role that requires regular interaction with the public. There are to many other options to choose from if this is what can be expected. read more

I have been using the services at this ups store for at least a year. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. They offer many services the services I've used the most with them is fax, copies, mailing out items and Amazon returns. For the copies I usually send my file in an email, then just stop by and pick it up at my earliest convenience. The prices are very reasonable. read more

Amazing customer service, amazing staff. I had several Amazon returns to bring in and with the nee updated amazon app I had no idea where any pf the QR codes were. Celina took her time walking me thru my phone getting the QR codes to help expedite the return process, all while helping other customers get what they need done too. Super efficient staff, helped all of us get in, do what we needed and get us back to our lives. So glad theres a UPS store so close to our house. read more

I have been using this UPS location for Amazon returns for the past year or so. Recently, TWO of my returns did not make it back to Amazon resulting in my being charged for those items. I don't know whether employees are just careless or stealing items, but I will not be using this location again! read more

I didnt have my box completely taped and they charged $2 to tape it. This place was also hot no ac on a warm day. Seems to nickel and dime folks who has been doing business with them and whom never got charged tape before. Didnt bring my wallet which is a huge inconveinence. read more

Takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but boy did she earn it. "Betty "the notary at this location was the rudest, most condescending, and unprofessional person I've had the unfortunate luck to interact with in customer service, ever. I politely called her out on the obvious attitude, which she naturally denied. Interaction was witnessed by other customers as well as another employee (short crew-like faux/hawk cut)- 11/10/25. I hope the owner/manager sees this and takes it to heart... Do better . I won't be returning to this location; a customer is there for service not to be condescended by an employer that is obviously irritated for just doing their job... which was done poorly. Every lifespan and art fingerprinting I've had in the past manually rolled my fingers to get an accurate reading... didn't just stand there and give orders with an abrasive tone. Recommend you go elsewhere for notary or fingerprinting services. 19yrs service background as a first responder. read more

I reached out to 3-5 other companies. Abraham with the UPS store was the only one to reply and was able to help me get some door hangers, trifolds and checklists for my company printed! He gave me proofs before printing everything to make sure I was happy with the quality and the colors. Didn't really have any price to compare, but the price seemed very reasonable for all the work I needed. Look forward to working with Abraham again for our next project! read more

I always go here and the owners are always friendly and helpful and I've never had a problem! BUT what makes me not want to come here and drive to the next location is BETTY! She is Rude, disrespectful, raising her voice for no reason, acting irritated by us AND not helpful at all! Unfortunately I have to make a review of this place. This is my 4-5th time coming here. It is the closest to my home so I chose convenience over customer service. The old lady with blonde hair is absolutely rude. The first time I wrote it off to her having a bad day. I don't ship out many things so I ask basic questions someone should / may know about shipping packages. I assumed she answers these questions 100 times a day so she is annoyed of once again explaining the same things (although not an excuse for treating people rudely). Then before I write a review I read through the other reviews. Maybe it's me and I'm taking her responses personally. Nope. It seems like people who interact with her are experiencing the same things. I am not sure her position, maybe the manager, the owner, I am not sure, but the fact that she has this many people complaining about her, and still runnig that store is concerning. After this interaction I am no longer coming here. I will drive further than have to interact with her. I was asking questions since she wasnt able to help me ship out an item and she barely answered my questions. She would give one word answers to open ended questions then just stare at me like I was annoying her. I drove a few miles down the road to another UPS and they easily took care of the problem. I didnt think shipping out a package would annoy this lady so much. read more

The only advantage of using this place and the one on Hancock, is that it is open on Sundays. This place was closed on May 8. All other retail establishments are open on Mothers day. I would totally understand if it were a national holiday. I will be shipping my packages on Saturdays in the future and using businesses that can keep their hours as promised. read more

This is my usual go-to UPS store but today was not a good experience. I went to return something from Amazon and I had the item in the original packaging. I wasn't sure if the lady needed to scan the item itself so I took it out for her. She then rudely told me, "NO IT NEEDS TO BE IN THE PACKAGING." Okay who tooted your horn today? This isn't my first interaction with her where she came off rude, I went by earlier and forgot to have the package in the first place so when I went again she must have recognized me. Just tell me nicely, "Oh that's fine you can leave it in there!" or "Nice you got the envelope!" The usual guy who is there is awesome. But I will go out of my way to go to another UPS store from now on. read more

I have had great experiences doing business with this location up until today. I live within 5 minutes and was thrilled that they opened a branch so close to my house! The people working there have been very courteous as well. Unfortunately that all changed today. The manager in training, Betty I believe, was extremely rude. I couldn't believe how she spoke to me. She came off as a very bitter person that should probably not deal with the public...except for maybe the DMV. I had several Amazon returns todays, I'm not sure if your employee Betty is stressed out or overworked however she had a poor attitude. I work retail and process returns test. I had 13 returns and was able to quickly pull up the code and she seemed very unhappy. I get the holidays are tough and busy but she should have better customer service skills. I said hi and she didn't even respond. At the end she said thank you but everything was done with an attitude. read more

I went here today for the first time to drop off an overnight package. There were 3 people in line ahead of me. The man working there alone was hustling.
