My mom went in to send her small wooden art piece (made of a little tree stick) and a tiny paperback book to Utah from Oregon. She asked to send them separately in small logical containers, e.g., a tube for the stick, envelope for the book. The worker insisted that they send them together instead. Per the receipt the total weight of the items was 1 lb, 8.8 oz. The worker chose a 9lb box to send them together. We paid $38.59 for regular ground shipping for 2 small lightweight items that weighed less than 2lbs. When we went back in a different worker explained that it was that expensive due to the shape of the box, which is why my mom had requested shipping separately in small containers in the first place. We learned our lesson and won't be back here. read more

These guys are constantly making mistakes- came to get my passport photos and ship out an expedited passport package - considering my international trip is in a month. These people put tape over my stamps without me knowing so ten days later I get my package back in the mail because stamps are invalid with tape. Thanks for costing me an international trip and the $200 expedited passport fee. This is the second moronic mistake from this location in two months. Ridiculous. read more

After dropping off an Amazon return the staff didn't pull the existing labels off and simply slapped a new label on. My package was sent back to my house a day later. when calling the number directly I was simply told to remove remaining labels and bring it back in. Had the associates done their job of looking at the box they would have pulled those off. Upon calling it was shrugged off and I was told to bring it back in. He dismissed their mess up and was less than apologetic. When it's your job you need to do it. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service! Wanted to charge me for packaging instead of abiding by amazon's free return packaging, shipping and label. I will never do business with this location again. The gal at the from counter was snide, condescending and had no interest in helping me. She stated that it was amazon's wording and issue. She moved on to bigger customers with more packages to ship. The young gentlemen there did assist me in the end and was courteous. I spoke with amazon and they were appalled that I would be charged and that noone would stand behind their agreement. Amazon wrote me an email, gave me a $10 credit for my inconvenience, and told me they forwarded the warranted information to leadership to do an investigation. I was happy to hear that amazon cares about their customers unlike the representatives of this UPS store. read more

I just had the most horrific experience at this location. I went in with my own thick paper to print and art print on. I was assured by the girl there that she could print with it on their printer. After the print jammed twice right in front of my eyes, resulting in my very expensive paper coming out bent and curled with multiple smudges, she expected me to pay for them! She had to go get permission from her manager to let me leave the store rejecting my ruined prints, and when she came back up said "We won't charge you THIS TIME" in a snotty tone, like they were doing me a favor this once, then blamed my paper for the issue. When I spoke to the manager, he blew me off with a "well we aren't charging you." If they don't have the capacity to print on thick paper, a simple "I'm sorry we can't handle that here" would have been sufficient. What a disappointing experience; I will not be back. read more

So I come to this ups store frequently it usually is pretty smooth but lately they have been super up tight about things they have tape out you can use but they tell you after the fact it's $1 ... I do know all ups are franchised owner so they have different policies most ups stores will let you email them a shipping label to print out and charge you like .09 but the ups Wilsonville is $2.49 PER single copy! Yes do print off 10 shipping labels is $25! That's beyond words I get it it's a business but that's up charging convenience a little too much .. then today the owner yes the one who likes to charge $2.49 for a piece of paper told me strait to my family that it was my fault and my bs jd fault that I was double charged $12.22 I had to run my card twice because of chip malfunction but regardless I came back showed him the two posted not pending transactions and he refused to refund me so my bank is handling it I'll have my money back in 24 hours... it's not the $12 it's the principal you can only pinch so many pennies until you give better customer service especially since he has to figure he was gonna have to give up the $12.22 anyway ... very odd way to treat customers id say I'm very hard to make upset but this ups stores management needs a refresh in customer service and morals . read more
