    The best customer service!

The Wilsonville UPS store is awesome! WAY busier than I ever imagined yet Anthony took the time to prepare and print a flyer at the last minute for me!! He acted like it was no big deal, but he "saved my bacon" for sure since I ran out of time for my event. If he is not yet a manager there, he SHOULD be!!

These guys are constantly making mistakes- came to get my passport photos and ship out an expedited passport package - considering my international trip is in a month. These people put tape over my stamps without me knowing so ten days later I get my package back in the mail because stamps are invalid with tape. Thanks for costing me an international trip and the $200 expedited passport fee. This is the second moronic mistake from this location in two months. Ridiculous.

Horrible experience. I tried to mail something that should cost $8 and was told it would be $18…read more When I asked why, the serviceperson told me they 'had a 30% markup.' I pointed out that it was more than a 100% markup and asked what I was missing. She told me that's just how it was and if I liked USPS so much to go there. So I did. My money and I will never darken this doorway again.

I asked them if they charged the same rates as DHL. They said their rates were in the same range as DHL, and they gave me a twenty dollar discount to sweeten the deal. In the end, after the twenty dollar discount, I was charged $163.41 to send the package to Indonesia. Out of curiosity, I decided to go directly through DHL the next time. On 7 April 2025 (exactly two months later) I went to an actual DHL outlet on Scholls Ferry Road and asked them to send a package with the same contents, the same weight (0.55 pounds) to the same street in Indonesia. DHL charged me only $74.52. In other words, sending a DHL package through the Monroe Parkway branch of Postal Annex cost me more than twice as much as sending precisely the same package (same contents, same weight, same destination) through DHL itself. I hope others will learn from my experience and not allow themselves to be overcharged by this branch of Postal Annex. I verify that the statement above is true and correct and have retained receipts as evidence.

Hardly ever a line, and if there is, it moves fast. The people that work here are very friendly and patient. Seems to be well run for a post office. Highly recommended

One of the top trending topics in West Linn the past year was the closure of our local post office…read morein the Central Village area. While to many it may seem an outmoded form of communication, boy do you miss this service when it is gone. Suddenly a quick trip while on a grocery run became more of an ordeal trekking to Oregon City. Not only the distance, but that is a very busy location in the best of times. Last month, the post office opened at this new location on the hill in the Cascade Summit shopping center. It is enormous compared to its predecessor and painted in bright orange and blue hues and everything is spacious. In the old post office, you could barely fit three customers inside (pre-COVID). One thing to get used to is the drive-up/drop-off mailbox which is in the parking lot, not connected to the building. While they offer all of the standard and expected services, it does not appear that they are passport processing center yet. While they have standard business hours in the lobby, there appears to be 24 hour access to mailboxes. Although there was a lot of drama associated with the closure of the old location and selection of this new location, I am very happy to have a post office up and running in town.

INCOMPETENT…read more **update: 5/29/26, informed delivery says they delivered my package and left it in the parcel locker. Nothing in there. This is not a package I can lose and replace. It's $500-700 in value and they messed up. USPS Wilsonville, you have ONE job: distribute mail in mailboxes. How can you f this up?!

I made an appointment to get a passport and waited weeks for the time to come. I read all the…read moredirections carefully and had all my paperwork ready. They made me stand there and wait for the exact time of the appointment, even though they weren't doing anything else. The passport appointment started out OK, until they revealed something shocking that they hadn't advised me about in any of the instructions: The only payment they can take is cash or money order. This is a crazy requirement considering the high cost of a passport, and no one carries that kind of cash with them nowadays. I made a mad dash to some banks and my home and somehow managed to scrape together the cash. But when I returned to the post office, I was informed that the passport person had simply run off without saying a word to me, and now there was no one there who could help me, plus it would take weeks for me to get another appointment. This office robbed me of hours of my time and accomplished nothing. I drove 15 miles to find a Post Office with people who actually knew what they were doing, and they were able to get the whole thing sorted out even without an appointment. As a final bonus middle finger, I have no idea if I owe them money for the pictures they took, since they bailed in the middle of the process. I called them to ask, and their phone just rang and rang. No answer and no voicemail.
