This store is very conveniently located. Staff is always quick. Prefer this store, especially for Amazon returns.

I have a major issue with a shipment this store had packaged for me that resulted in 4k in adjustment fees against my business. Due to this my business has been shut down and this store is aware of the issue and despite going to the store, emailing and calling there is never anyone available to help sort out this pressing issue. No one is taking this seriously and as a small business owner these extra charges assessed to me has shut me down. There is no follow up and no way to contact someone that can actually help me. read more

I would not recommend UPS for anything other than returning with a vendor label. When you go in there as a regular customer, they're going to rip you off for example they'll charge you $40 to pack a box when you can get a box for three dollars and packing supplies for four dollars. They are complete rip off I have dealt with the one on Oakland Park Boulevard. read more

I thought this was a good store until recently on 3/25/24 I walked into the store to ship a total of 13 designer items to cosign on a online store I should have followed my first mind the clerk taped my box and label she so called scanned the label on the box and printed me a drop off receipt but I noticed she didn't pick box up and placed with other packaging that I witnessed other employees do well on the 3rd day which was Wednesday I tried tracking package and it showed a completely different tracking number for a package that was delivered 10 days earlier and my original tracking number was showing label created I'm at a lost for words I have tried going to the store but the MGR was not available I need to know if there will be any resolution no one has contacted me as of yet I was told the owner comes in on Wednesday and I thought my information will be given to him...Can someone please advise if I should hire a lawyer the items in box was worth well over $5,000.00 I really should have followed my mind I had a vibe that something was not right all I wanted to do was ship my package 4/4/24 Follow up.... received phone call today from Simon the owner he allowed me to come to the store and together we both reviewed the video of the time that I was there we did see the box was loaded on delivery truck even though my box has not been located I just wanted to post how I appreciated Simon taking the time to try his best in helping to assist me read more

I wanted to buy some cardboard boxes.... ONE BOX. An 18" cardboard box they charge $16.16. I laughed out loud. That's what my grandma used to call "highway robbery!" This wasn't a shipping price. I come to this UPS all the time and I have come with both digital labels and printed labels and have always worked with nice associates. I have come to this UPS where they have printed out a label as a courtesy for many people. I was already having a troubled day and I was clearly a little flustered and told the associate I forgot the label at home and instead of comping as a courtesy and as a good person, they went ahead and charged me $2.38 to print out a label on a piece of paper. I was appalled. Especially as a regular customer. This is not the environment I recommend to send your business to. read more

This is my go to UPS store, the staff has always been efficient and courteous, all my requests fulfilled and questions answered. I've mailed and returned a lot of packages, usually there weekly. Never had any issues, except maybe waiting behind a few entitled customers and even then the staff seems to handle these situations without loosing their cool. This is really short sorry. But the a good short. No pictures, just a quick review on service. The staff here is very prompt and welcoming. Time managment is very efficient you in and your out. Pricing is very visible, so you can know ahead of time and recommendations from the staff is plentiful. Gary was my store associate whom helped me returning cable items back to the cable provider and he was great. Explained everything in full detail for me and had me out of there quickly. I've had to mail some returns from here recently (from our dear friends at Amazon), and I gotta tell ya, this UPS store is alright. The first time I went there was because a package I ordered was diverted there. I stopped by to see when I could pick it up- it was still on the truck. The man working at the time gave me the right date and time to come back and get my item(s). He was really friendly and helpful. The next day I came in, grabbed my packages and left. The next week I came in with an Amazon return item. I didn't even have the box taped and the woman who was working there took her time to wrap up the box, make sure I had the right label, and shipped out the package. Unlike the United States Postal Service, The UPS Store doesn't mind helping you. And I wasn't charged for the tape either, something our Government friends don't really know how to do-give something for free. Every time I've been here there has been little to no line. Both associates were really friendly. I'm happy this place is right down the road from me so any time I need to I can pop in and out and be sure everything will be taken care of. read more

The customer service person could have given up a sheet from the recycling pile but chose not to. Not treating humans like people means I'll only use ups again if I have no other choices. Amazingly great service. I shipped a package to New York from Florida with my old apartment keys in and the landlord had moved without updating their website. After delivery failure I got the new address and spoke to several people at UPS who said I couldn't change the address and it would eventually find it it's way back to me. Eventually someone at UPS joined me a call to this UPS store and they changed the address. Then I found out today that it was coming back to me in Florida but amazingly the lady from this store yesterday had noticed (!) and called UPS this morning and told them not to return it. We don't know what will happen but the lady here said she would re-ship it free of charge of it is returned! Outstanding service!!! read more

This place is horrible packing items. They packed a table in a box 29x24x24 with no packaging and called me for my credit card without telling me how lousy the packing was. I use UPS all the time and trust the packaging. Danny thinks it is ok to not pack items correctly to save a nickel on her end as the manager. The table was smashed into many pieces. I would not ask them to package or send anything. And the person I got this from at eBay Bill had to have known they were horrible shippers. I have pictures and provided them. The table was Kittenger and paid 500, shipping was 150.04 and they did not put one peanut or fill the container with bubble wrap, just dropped the table in the box and shipped it out. Please do not ask them to pack for you unless you are standing right there to watch everything they do to pack. read more

This store inappropriately charged me to pack an item being returned to Amazon. When I called back to request a refund they told me I misunderstood the arrangement with Amazon and treated me like I was stupid. When I explained I was reading from Amazon's website and would be reporting their store to Amazon, I was immediately hung up on. read more

I brought in an amazon return and asked them to print out the label. They told me it would be $2.50 for me to email them, and .50 per page to print the label. Must be a store to store thing because I've never had a UPS store charge me to print a label that they print for every box they ship. Seriously? $2.50 for me to email them a label? I just got off of work and had some prepared packages to be delivered so i thought I would drop off by my nearest ups store but i will never be coming back to this location. The line was long which around this time was understandable. Once I stepped foot inside and got help I explained I was just there to drop them off. Not only did the lady give me a disgusted face but then added that they don't accept prepared packages if they have a specific label on them. She also mentioned that even if she did accept them that her mailman was " annoyed with big packages and more than likely wouldn't accept them." I have never had this problem with any other ups store. Let alone have a worker complain about doing his job. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

The employees were exceptionally rude and attempted to double charge me for a D2R (direct to retail) service that I had already paid. I was treated like I had done something wrong and they tried to stop me from calling the company that shipped my package to clarify that I should not be charged again. Terrible experience at this store. No greeting when entering, I ask to have a print out and was directed towards the single computer and told I can print from that station. I read a sign that says $2.50 for 15mins so I'm assuming like Fed Ex stores it counts per min. I access my email and take less than 5mins to print my document which is said to be .50cents to do. After printing I walk to the counter and am charged $3.18 for 1 sheet printed. The man at the register was rude and dismissive when I explained that it was unreal to charge so much for one page and 3min on the computer. It should have been explained because If it was I would have to take my business elsewhere. Never go to this place again. FED EX STORE FROM NOW ON!! read more

The team at this UPS location go above and beyond to be helpful. After visiting their shop several days in a row for several different chores I am compelled to give them this robust review! We used notary services, shredding, pack and ship as well as a hole punch project that took almost an hour. We worked with three different employees and they were friendly and helpful and super productive. I have their names written on the receipt - when I find it I will update this post with their names. Might be a good place to wrap gifts or buy a postal card, but definitely not a place to rental a mail box, I did because it was nearby my place, but I regretted because you can't access it 24h, they never let you know when your rental is expiring. I always made sure to leave a address to forward my mail and a credit card# for them to renew my box and charge the fee for mail forwarding but they never done that. I called to ask my mail forwarded the other day and Don said he will do that, called again after a week and a Lady answered the phone saying my mail box was closed and my mail box was empty, I asked where my mail went but she didn't know... Told me to call the next day to speak with the manager Buck, so I called and he said he notified by phone and mail what is not truth, I never received a single phone call or email. I asked why they closed my box if they had my credit card on the file and they knew I travel a lot overseas, and what happened to my mail??? He just said the mail was returned to the sender... And if I would like to re open the mail box? I asked if he was serious on his questions... That's the kind of service no one needs, avoid this store they are totally unreliable and careless. read more

All the services you'd expect from a UPS store - I have a box there for one of my companies, but I also use them for copies, faxing, notary & shipping. I recently moved to NJ from FL and decided, so as to facilitate the moving the process, to ship seven very large boxes that contained over $2000.00 worth of personal items. I shipped some home supplies (I.e. britta, candles, wood-carved elephant statue, and other items) as well as clothes, boots and accessories. I am Missing one Michael Kors boot, a calf-hair leather bag that cost almost $500, and many sweaters and sweatshirts. It sounds mundane, but I am missing some one-of-a-kind anthropology and free people knit sweaters that had sentimental and fiscal value! And all of my college sweatshirts are missing! I don't want to be reimbursed financially- I want my items back! When i talked to UPS about this they didn't even attempt to find the items! They have cameras on trucks and they Time how long each truck stops for so I don't see how they can't track down the box! I trusted UPS (a government run organization) to be ethical and responsible and I only received six out of seven of my boxes and two had been repackaged! I am very disappointed in UPS and will not use them in the future if I can help it! I am also telling all of my friends about this so they think twice before shipping with UPS!!! read more

Absolutely atrocious. Kevin, a supposed "seasoned associate" started an argument with me right in the store in front of a number of people, saying that this is a private business and may not operate like other UPS stores...Whats the point of a franchise!? He then proceeded to start bragging about how many businesses he has opened (I am a medical professional with my own practice and a number of locations myself) and how I must not know anything about shipping......keep in mind, he doesnt own the location, he is just a workerbee, and all of this right in front of other people! I called 5 other stores in the area, and they ALL would have handled this particular situation differently. I had my mail from my box at another ups store forwarded to this store and he rejected the shipment because he didnt recognize the name. Call a UPS store and ask them if they would reject one of their own UPS packages merely because they dont recognize the name it is addressed to....They all say they would at least hold it before returning to sender. Think of the dichotomy... A UPS store rejecting a UPS package being sent from another UPS store. In my opinion, private franchises or not, UPS is UPS and this represents UPS as a whole consciously deciding to cancel my shipment and causing me a hassle in the process. Not to mention the patients that were harmed. read more

My spouse ordered a shippment for our business of 10 cases and we were in the process of moving so we had it shipped to this location. My spouse went in and spoke to the manager and he said no problem they could take the shippment for 10 dollars. My spouse said no problem. My spouse forgot to give the manager the phone number to call when it came in. I stopped by there and left my card and the number they could reach one of us. Again the person at the counter said you know there is a 10 dollar charge for the shippment to come here. I said yes the manager told my spouse that. A week and gone by and we went to this location to see if it had arrived. The salesperson told us it would be here in 2 days. He said again you know there is a 10 dollar charge for the shippment to come here. We both said yes. My spouse stopped in to pick up the shippment 2 days later and they tried to charge 10 dollars per box. My spouse said that isn't want you told both me and my spouse 3 times plus I talked to the manager and he told me it was only a 10 dollar fee for the shippment to come here. My spouse told them to send it back that is highway robbery. They finally said they would take 53 dollars and the manager would call tomorrow. As usually the manager never called. We were lied to 4 times about the 10 dollar fee by different people at this location. We will never use this location for anything again. This place in my opinion is a ripoff. We may never use ups at all if they have owners taking advantage of customers like this. We paid ups almost 264.00 dollars for shippment. We have a business and I couldn't imagine charging a customer 100.00 dollars for doing nothing but stacking 10 boxes. We even picked the boxes up the same day they arrived. How disgusting. I will be contacting UPS customer service and see if this is how they allow their franchise owners to rip people off. If this is the case they lost my business forever. read more
